Out With The Old & In With The New...Thank God
Sphere: Related Content2015 was a strange year in the world.
Looking back, some weird shit happened:
- A former Olympic gold medal decathlete identified as a woman, got a show for doing so, acknowledged that he was also a republican, said he wants to adopt a baby and then got into a verbal war with another self-identified tranny who gave away some of the most damaging secrets ever disclosed. Essentially; two dudes fighting over who is more woman. Amazingly, one was named Woman of the Year for his "bravery". This, of course, left out true women heroes such as Kurdish women fighting for their homeland, a young Pashtun woman who was shot in the head for advocating education for other women continuing her fight and numerous other woman in countless other hellholes fighting for the right to breathe and not the right to chose their gender.
- The whitest woman in America was exposed by her parents as, well, the whitest woman in America. This was problematic for her because she was a leader in the NAACP and a teacher of African Studies at a college. Liberals lined up to take the side of the white woman against black people who were offended of having their racial identity stolen for financial gain.
- A former spokesman for a major fast food chain was found to be a pedophile and sentenced to prison. Jared Fogel was intertwined with Subway for a decade and somehow, they didn't suffer when their public face was convicted of sex crimes with children.
- Bill Cosby was identified as a serial rapist and was subsequently arrested for sexual assault. Rarely has a public figure gone from being so beloved to being rejected so fast.
- Another major terror attack occurred on US soil and was actually called a terror attack despite the best efforts of the media. While Fort Hood and others were definitive terror attacks--called "work place violence" by Obamatons-- it was much harder to mislabel an attack on a mall that the media followed intensely. We also saw the President of the US make a speech (standing up) from the Oval Office in which he pretended to take action but instead said nothing new.
- Terrorism also remained a major issue around the world with an attack in Paris that led to millions of people overlaying their Facebook avi with the French flag in solidarity. Alas, not so many did it when America was attacked but I digress. So 2015 became the year that the French looked stronger and more decisive on the world stage than did America.
- The void left by American leadership led to Russia becoming a super power wannabe again. Hard core Americans actually wished we had a leader who led as well as a former Soviet KGB member.
- Obama and John Kerry pushed a disastrous treaty that will allow Iran to have nukes in a little more than a decade, released $150 billion to them to continue their proxy wars and was backed up by threats and snooping on allies...
- Well, former allies. 2015 was the year that Obama went to war against Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel. He demeaned the leader, sent operatives to agitate against him in an election and essentially shunned them from in front of the world all so he could say he made a deal with Iran and cement his "legacy".
- 2015 was the year of "trigger warnings", "safe spaces" and the year America learned exactly what we've produced by handing out participation trophies. We now have a country full of gender studies majors getting offended by "micro aggressions" and historic flags and a nation and media that played along further enabling them.
- 2015 will be remembered as the year that political correctness jumped the shark. Being called a racist, xenophobic, homophobic, war mongering, hater became a badge of honor. Men and women who were sick of the breakdown in the US decided to stand up and start taking it back. They did so with humor and sarcasm because straight discourse is dead (or on life support). By belittling every new case we saw and laughing and pointing at the perpetrators, we've seen the pendulum start to swing back.
- Which brings me to this: The leader for the Democratic party is the wife of a man accused of rape and sexual assault who had sex with his (much) subordinate intern and she is running on a platform of feminism. She broke myriad laws by mishandling secret information that would have landed the average person in a federal prison for years. Her opponent is a self-declared socialist whom has not the slightest clue about the economy but promises the world to the aforementioned participation trophy winning students. He also has some extreme, non-feminist views on women. So, we currently have two old white people on the Democratic ticket and they're both carrying heavy baggage.
- And finally, 2015 was the year of Trump. He resonates with people no matter how inelegantly he says things--which is probably increasing the resonance. The man is vicious and immediate when attacked. Within minutes of being called out, he goes on the offensive and does not sugar coat what he says. The media try to take him down and he ridicules them. His own party leadership try to attack him and he goes right back at them ten-fold. The man wields the hashtag like it's a sword. Others rise and fall while Trump remains at the top. Any baggage on him has likely been printed already and he's flummoxed both parties. People may not agree on everything or even most of what he says but they will vote for him when the time comes. If it's him versus Hillary, he will win. He's not afraid to get down in the gutter Clintonistas live in and , in fact, seems comfortable going there.

Can We Call It Terrorism Now?
Sphere: Related ContentLet's see; gunmen attack civilians in an area where they congregate with the intent to kill as many as possible, they arm themselves to the teeth for the task and wear tactical gear for access to said weapons. They murder many and are then taken down by the police force. They do all this in the name of Islam. Is that terrorism?
It sure as hell was two weeks ago in France. The French didn't try to pass it off as anything except for what it was--radical Islamic jihad.
So why are Obama, the media and the entire Democratic party (but I'm redundant) trying to make this what it isn't? This is not workplace violence or a disgruntled worker, this is 100% terrorism as perpetrated by al-Qaeda and ISIS throughout the world.
They are doing this because to acknowledge it as an act of terror would force Obama to act and he doesn't want to act against ISIS, al-Qaeda or any other Muslim group. To be fair, he doesn't want to act against anyone who wishes America harm since many who are of the same mind believe we deserve this. Our past indiscretions around the globe are--in the eloquent words of Obama's pastor-- "coming home to roost".
This is the new face of Islamic terror. It's no longer big events like toppling the World Trade Center; it's small groups with a little funding, some bomb making skills and the will to meet their 72 virgins (or whatever the hell is promised to the women involved). ISIS didn't plan this but ISIS provoked it through constant encouragement on social media. This is the new face of terror and it's just a click away.
From all evidence available, the gunmen was a devout Muslim and a guy who was normal. His coworkers gave him a baby shower and he was evidently well liked. But he visited Saudi Arabia and Pakistan and took a wife who seemed to believe in the cause of jihad. He became radicalized, grew his beard, amassed weapons and ammo, made IED's and killed 14 people without blinking. He was born in the US, raised in the US but he decided to do his part to help the caliphate and did so under the radar. He was in contact with known terrorists and we missed his interactions.
As for the media making this out as a work dispute; please spare me. He went into the party and cased the place. He saw nothing but a soft target and went out, donned his tactical gear, rammed a clip home and he and his bride started killing indiscriminately. Of course he left in a huff, he was planning on coming back in and taking the life of all present if possible. He may have hated some people he worked with--we all have work disputes--but usually that is taken care of one on one. Not in this case, he tried to kill everyone because he was a terrorist, not because some dude had a better parking spot or because of a promotion he didn't get.
But alas, you'll hear the media play up that angle because they are protecting Obama and according to him and his people there's been no terrorist attacks since he's been in office. The Boston Marathon bombing, Fort Hood and now this were just wackos with too easy access to weapons. The fact that they are all Muslims is just a side note and highly coincidental.
So we don't respond, they continue to attack and more die. That is the legacy of eight years of Obama. The War on Terror is back on our shores and we refuse to acknowledge it's in our own front yard.

Saturday Morning News & Notes
Sphere: Related ContentHappy Saturday. Today's a day of putting up lights, hauling up all the Christmas stuff and then sitting back with a couple of beers and chilling.
Here's what's going on:
-A white shooter was apprehended alive after killing a cop and civilians in a rampage that started at a Planned Parenthood facility. Also there's this: The shooters only online info shows he identifies as a female (via Instapundit). The motive remains uncertain according to the police:
"We don't have any information on this individuals mentality, or his ideas or ideology," Buckley said.Of course that hasn't stopped PP and a bunch of of other liberals from blaming the Christian right, the GOP and everyone else with a conservative bent. While every terror attack by a Muslim is immediately blamed on anything else, in this case the left is forgoing the wait and see approach and going right the blaming angle. I'm sure the #BlackLivesMatter people at Mizzou will be upset that this story is stealing their publicity. BTW, if you want to know why I said a "white shooter" at the beginning of this, it's because I still believe we should identify exactly who each perpetrator of a crime is from the outset.
-Meanwhile, the Turkey-Russia situation is still hot. Putin cannot let this pass without wringing everything out of this he can and the person he will be targeting to give him concessions is Obama.
-Even though strict gun control regulations are in place, Chicago is even more dangerous. Just another example of the Lefts goal of controlling weapons trumps the lives of poor black men in an urban setting. They use the poor who are dying as an excuse to seize your legally owned gun but they care nothing about them or else the piles of dead bodies would;t be as big.
-No, your weren't imagining it, college campuses are the reason we are a nation of whiny pussies.
-The VA has spent millions on pushing Obamacare to those who don't need and not spending much on cutting wait times.
-When the entirety of Obama's MidEast failures are put together in one place, it sure looks damning.

The Rest of the World: Islamic Terror is Coming to the West Obama: I Have No Plan & I Have a Fundraiser To Get To
Sphere: Related ContentYesterday Great Britain took the rather important step of raising their terror alert status to just short of imminent. Also, Saudi Arabia warned that ISIS will attack Europe within a month and the US within two. Israel has been screaming about the terror threat for months. And we do nothing.
Let's start with the UK:
When you juxtapose Cameron's speech with Obama's you'll feel even worse. Cameron was direct, had a plan and confidence and instilled a sense of mission. Obama on the other hand looked irritated he even had to disuse the issue, seemed rambling and unsure and said that the US has no plan to deal with it. But hey, he wore a tan suit so that's news, right?Britain faces the “greatest and deepest” terror threat in the country’s history, David Cameron warned as he pledged emergency measures to tackle extremists. The UK threat level was raised to “severe” — its second highest — meaning that a terrorist attack is “highly likely” in light of the growing danger from British jihadists returning from Iraq and Syria. The Prime Minister said that the risk posed by Isil (the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) will last for “decades” and raised the prospect of an expanding terrorist nation “on the shores of the Mediterranean”.
Cameron states very clearly that ISIS is not a result of the Iraq war or any other world events but directly is the result of radical Islam. Obama would never even consider doing that.
The US State Department contends that we are not at war with ISIS but the evidence clearly shows that they are at war with us. This line of thinking coupled with the administration's reluctance to deal with any issue that does not help them politically is a recipe for disaster. ISIS plans on attacking the US and Obama plans on issuing executive orders to allow up to 5-million illegal immigrants into the US. ISIS expands their weapons cache and territory, the US president goes to fundraisers. The borders are left wide open and the Obama administration wants to stick their collective heads in the sand and ignore the fact that those who wish us harm are coming across.
Our folks in the intelligence services and military are working hard to detect these threats and eliminate them but the Obama administration is loathe to act on what they discover. Sure, Obama will authorize a couple of sorties and check the box that he's "doing something" but anything of consequence is not forthcoming. This threat is not just in the Middle East but is in America. As we speak there's a plot being formed somewhere be it Chicago, Washington, DC, New York City or Los Angeles. It will not be airplanes attacking buildings but much more ambitious as we are seeing evidence of coming from ISIS strongholds.
This is the direct result of electing (twice) and ideologue with no experience. Obama cares only about expanding his power and his statist goals. everything else is secondary. Where we should have someone, anyone on the Democrat side speaking out we have nothing. Can anyone make the controlling party see that everything they supposedly abhor: rape, racism, misogyny, genocide are being perpetrated by an enemy that has a stated goal of attacking the US? No, they rail about a fictitious war on women by the Republicans. The war on women is happening in Syria and Iraq as we speak where 12-year old girls are being sold for $10 each to ruthless thugs to be used as sex slaves but there's one thing that the Democrats will never speak out against and that's Islam.
Maybe a terror attack in the heart of San Francisco will wake people up but i fear it will be way too late to do anything about it.

Wednesday Night News & Notes
Sphere: Related ContentI ran 3.5 miles today. Working my way up to 15 per week and getting in shape to play hoops this winter. I ran 25 days last month so it's now a habit and I felt like I could've gone another mile tonight.
Anyway, here's what's new:
-Obama blatantly lies and says he never set the "red line". Despite the fact that there's tons of video of it, the media will parse it say that no, he didn't say that because they will do anything to protect The One.
-Can Anthony Weiner please just go away? What is up with NY Democrats. Cuomo, Shumer, Spitzer and Weiner are all just plain embarrassing. Yeah, we in NJ have the underage prostitute chasing Menendez but NY'ers take debauchery and downright sleaziness to new levels daily.
-The joy of socialism.
-Matt Drudge is about to part with the Republican party. I'll vote GOP but I am not in line with them on a lot of issues. I'm more of a conservative-libertarian who really wants nothing to to do the Christian wings of the party that is anti-gay anything and generally kill-joys. I'm a South Park Republican.
-The latest whip count on voting for war in Syria via Ace. It is not a done deal. Hopefully Boehner has this blow up in his face and is ousted as soon as possible.

Why Yesterday's Revelations Matter
Sphere: Related ContentYesterday was a memorable day for Americans who value openness and honesty in their government.
Story number one is the Benghazi disaster where a terror attack was ignored and the initial and subsequent press releases from the administration were fudged for political gain.
UN Ambassador Susan Rice went on no less than 5 Sunday shows in the immediate aftermath and reiterated that the attack by what she knew were a well organized group possibly affiliated with al-Qaeda was in fact a protest that escalated. There was never any report of a "protest" from those who were murdered and those who had on-the-ground knowledge of what was happening. Still, the administration blamed it on a You Tube video that to that point had been viewed by very few people. They eventually arrested the director and he currently still resides in jail. This was bullshit from the beginning but shows just how eager the Obama folks were in keeping the false narrative that Obama killed bin-Laden and thus al-Qaeda was on the run alive. Remember, this was in the midst of a presidential election, one that Obama played the "I killed bin-Laden" card shamefully.
In the aftermath, the media decided to play along with the Obama charade and reported nothing on what it found or in many cases even refused to look into the matter. That is, except Fox News, CBS News' Sharyl Attkison and the new media led by the premiere conservative web sites. Until yesterday when ABC reported that the Obama State Dept. changed the press release at least twelve times from the original version written by the CIA that said pretty clearly that it was in fact a terror attack.
The original read:
“The Agency has produced numerous pieces on the threat of extremists linked to al-Qa’ida in Benghazi and eastern Libya. These noted that, since April, there have been at least five other attacks against foreign interests in Benghazi by unidentified assailants, including the June attack against the British Ambassador’s convoy. We cannot rule out the individuals has previously surveilled the U.S. facilities, also contributing to the efficacy of the attacks.”That was entirely deleted by Foggy Bottom spokeswoman Victoria Nuland. She did it purely for political reasons because admitting what was actually the case would have given ammunition to the enemies of the president. Let me emphasize that point: Hillary Clinton's spokesperson changed the assessment by the CIA that it was a terror attack in the interest of helping the president win an election and at the cost of openness and transparency. She knowingly and purposely lied to the American people about the deaths of those who work for our government to win another term for Obama and preserve the reputation of her boss.
Remember this the next time some liberal idiot tells you that the right always politicizes everything: An administration supporter changed a CIA assessment to make her buddy look better during a tumultuous election and blamed the entire event on a moronic documentary film maker who rots in jail to this day.
Kudos to ABC for digging into this; all I have to say is it's about fucking time assholes. They decided to investigate only because they knew the Obama administration promised them marriage and instead bent them over and used them repeatedly then left a five on the nightstand. The walk of shame after that one was too much I'm guessing.
And what did the Obama communications department do after the release of this info by ABC? They called a secret meeting of reporters and then went out and tried to spin it during a torturous press conference by the vile Jay Carney. Transparency my ass. This may not be impeachable but there should be a lot of people fired.
Secondly and easier to understand is the story that also broke yesterday that the IRS systematically and purposely targeted the Tea Party and other right of center group for scrutiny. They specifically looked for groups with "Tea Party" and "Patriot" in their names. They subjected them to interrogations and inflicted financial damage for no other reason then to eliminate these groups. Think about that: a non-profit group set up to support what they believe is a just cause and that went against the administration aims was targeted by the federal government in an attempt to cause harm. This is scary shit here y'all.
Not since the ugly days of Kennedy doing the same to groups that opposed him have we seen this type of government oppression in what can only be described as the squashing of free speech. Put another way, the Obama administration made it policy to dig into its enemies tax returns and, in some cases, attempt to embarrass them publicly.
Let's take that to its logical conclusion: people who legally opposed the policies of a sitting president were systematically audited to shut them up. This is by far one of the more chilling examples of crushing free speech I've heard of in my lifetime.
What's to stop the IRS from auditing me based on what I write here or you when you share a Tea Party Facebook post? Think about it, let's say you share the content of this site on FB. The IRS (using someone getting paid from our tax dollars) finds this site and notes all who have "liked" or shared the content. They target those specific people for scrutiny and before you know it you have a letter saying you are being audited for the years 2007-2012 inclusive. There's no difference in what was done here.
I guess my favorite part is we're expected to believe it was a few low level people who were doing this. I'm sorry, but if a couple of GS-7's can target specific people for scrutiny and disrupt their operations, we have a huge problem. And if that didn't increase your trust in government, perhaps the fact that no one will be disciplined and the spokesperson for the IRS (the nation's accounting agency) said "I'm not good at math" will.
All in all it was a bad day for the Obama administration but a great day for freedom-loving people. The promised "most transparent administration ever" has proven to be Nixonian in tactics and Chicago-like in execution. They make the Bush White House look like the boy in the bubble.
The media belatedly got on board and--at least for one day--did their jobs. It's up to us to keep up the fight and now really take it to them on other issues they've covered up like Fast and Furious that led to the death of Brian Terry.
Here's a link-filled roundup from the Prof.

Taking the First Amendment for Granted
Sphere: Related ContentThat's why it amazes me just how many people take this freedom for granted. Like every God-given right, we have to be vigilant to protect those we have. China shows how easy it is to not only keep the free flow of information from the masses (although some does get in and out) and the junta in Beijing knows the power if they were to ever lose that iron grip. The Soviet Union would never have survived the 90's and 00's because technology does not advance under communism and the propaganda would have been exposed for what it was. NoKo is another animal all together but it's a much smaller brainwashed nation...but I digress.
The freedom to speak and say what you want without repercussions is under siege. Liberals (and some libertarians and conservatives including this one ) screamed in outrage when the Patriot Act was passed to combat terrorism. The least escalation of government in our lives is abhorrent to any true freedom lover and the reassurances by the Bush administration did little to assuage the feeling.
Fast-forward to the current administration and take a quick look at what they are doing. If Bush had even tried to do a sixteenth of what Obama is doing, MSNBC's prime time lineup would have spontaneously combusted on the spot. Chris Matthews would have been even more incoherent than normal and Rachel Maddow would have looked into the camera even more deeply with that faux intellectual look she always affects.
Our rights are not to be trampled and we're seeing more and more on a daily basis. The latest example has been squashed by a judge but the fact they tried this is bothersome. An unnamed telecom company was served with a letter concerning customer information that not only forced them to not discuss the issues raised but to even announce they've received the letter, thus keeping us, the consumer from knowing the government was snooping around in our accounts.
Both challenges are allowed under a federal law that governs NSLs, a power greatly expanded under the Patriot Act that allows the government to get detailed information on Americans’ finances and communications without oversight from a judge. The FBI has issued hundreds of thousands of NSLs over the years and has been reprimanded for abusing them — though almost none of the requests have been challenged by the recipients.I encourage you to read the entire essay. Our freedoms were guaranteed to us by wiser and more visionary men than we have in charge today. In fact, they were put in place to stop the power grab of men like we currently have in office.

When Did America Become a Land of Pussies?
Sphere: Related ContentHow did we go from a nation that could steel its spine for the greater good to a nation of complete pussies?
Just look around you today, you'll see it everywhere: from laws on soft drinks and fattening foods to elimination of dodge ball in gym class, we have taken a nation forged by hard men and women and made it into a latte-sipping, metrosexualized place where the slightest un-PC thing is grounds for a lawsuit.
I'm pretty much the least PC guy I know and still I find myself stopping short of saying what I want to because it would be misconstrued and I'd be labeled a bigot, homophobe, misogynist or other "ist". Example: when I read that Chris Rock said that Obama was the "father of the country", my first thought was written and then erased.
Anyway, we've become a nation that can't even laugh at itself anymore. Racial humor has been around as long as we have and I for one find it humorous when comedians pick on white people. However, I can not, ever do the same when it comes to latinos or blacks. But I digress.
People who are not pussies take the right path even though it's almost always the more difficult one. Pussies take the easy way, all the time. Knock your girlfriend up? Abort the baby or just ignore it. Lose your job because your performance sucked or you just couldn't make it on time? Sue the company and collect unemployment for 100 weeks and when that runs out, sue for disability over some phantom illness. Your kid acts like an asshole and gets his ass kicked because of it? Complain to the school and sue the parents of the kid who whooped your sons ass all over the schoolyard.
The WSJ has a piece today on the "wimpification" of America and notes that Obama would not allow his son to play football if he had one. This is just another example and one that shows we are being led by an administration that personifies the pussification of the US. We have a president that voted "present" on numerous important bills and who didn't have the balls to accept responsibility for the bin-Laden raid until it was over and successful and later allowed four Americans to die in Benghazi while he was out doing something that was evidently more important.
Until we get back the swaggering, bad ass American ethos personified during the Reagan years and post 9/11, we will continue to ebb in the eyes of the world and our enemies are watching us closely to see what direction we are heading.

Fast and Furious Update
Sphere: Related ContentI would say one of the main but many reasons I wanted Obama beaten was to finally see an investigation into the death of Border Patrol officer Brian Terry. Terry was killed by what is believed to be an AK 47 allowed to "walk" or be straw purchased in Arizona and then placed in the hands of drug cartels--all with the direct knowledge of ATF. He was ambushed during a drug raid.
Fast and Furious was designed to subvert the gun lobby and the Second Amendment. If the case could be made that guns from pro-gun states were being funneled into Mexico and fueling the cartel warfare, Obama would have the ammunition he needed to go after guns exactly like he is now in the wake of the Newtown shooting. It failed and the plan blew up in ATF's face.
Now how high would the decision have to be made to green light a plan like this? At least as high as the Attorney General who would have undoubtedly informed the president of some aspects of the plan to avoid embarrassment and questions from the media.
The story is starting to unravel, albeit very slowly:
Attorney General Eric Holder and his Department of Justice haveasked a federal court to indefinitely delay a lawsuit brought by watchdog group Judicial Watch. The lawsuit seeks the enforcement of open records requests relating to Operation Fast and Furious, as required by law.
Judicial Watch had filed, on June 22, 2012, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking all documents relating to Operation Fast and Furious and “specifically [a]ll records subject to the claim of executive privilege invoked by President Barack Obama on or about June 20, 2012.”
The administration has refused to comply with Judicial Watch’s FOIA request, and in mid-September the group filed a lawsuit challenging Holder’s denial. That lawsuit remains ongoing but within the past week President Barack Obama’s administration filed what’s called a “motion to stay” the suit. Such a motion is something that if granted would delay the lawsuit indefinitely. Now imagine your Brian Terry's family. Imagine your son, brother or nephew gave his life for his country in a battle against drugs on our southern border. Imagine the government who it appears has culpability just ignored the investigation into the case. When a cop, soldier, Marine, airman, sailor or agent decides to take the job, they know there are inherent risks. They also know that the unwritten code says that if you should die or get wounded, you will not be left behind and you will not be forgotten. The expectation is that anything that will help solve the case will be investigated and no lead omitted. In this case, the very men who blessed the plan are the very ones who are pissing on the grave of a man who gave his life for his country.
This story will not go away because some in the right wing media won't allow it to. While the MSM has always steered clear of asking Obama questions about this case, some very bright and diligent people in the new media are on the case.
Perhaps we'll get more answers about his death since a man now in custody from another case has admitted to being the one who murdered Terry.

Half the Country Says Thanks to the Other Half For Screwing Us All
Sphere: Related ContentSorry, been silent awhile because I just couldn't stomach writing about the mess that occurred in early November when Obama won reelection. Well that and the fact that my factory got the shit kicked out of it by Sandy and I been working a lot of trying to put it back together.
So here are my thoughts on the various issues regarding the election:
Why Obama Won:
We've become what liberals have been hoping for for decades; a nation that wants shit for free. The recession hit, unemployment was extended to 99 weeks, lazy people realized after two years how to live off the government teat and they don't want to go back to the grind. In essence, they love free shit and voted for the dude who would give them more. They couldn't care less that it's me, you and every other hard working person paying for it. It's an alien mindset to me but I see people like this all the time; they work for a few weeks (usually poorly and only long enough to get unemployment benefits again), work an angle to get laid off or fake an injury and then sit home and watch Jerry Springer. The former Land of the Free and Home of the Brave is now the land of the moocher and home of the taker.
Why Romney Lost:
Dude is plastic. Dude is rich. Dude is a Mormon. Dude doesn't sound sincere. Dude is to moderate. Dude never won over conservatives. Dude said he would rein in spending and the moochers mentioned above hate that. Dude scared the hell out of women.
What It Means:
Short answer: we, our military, Israel, your bank account and your savings are all fucked for the short term. Obama is taking it as a mandate and he doesn't have to answer to anyone now. Best case: we have a 2014 that mirrored 2010 and put some more of a check on him. Worst case: One or more of the conservatives on the Supreme Court retire, the Dems win the House in '14 and this asshole goes all psycho communist for the duration of his term. Think I'm joking about the communist crack? The house organ for the former Soviet communist party even says we're complete idiots for reelecting this fucking moron and calls Obama a "communist".
What You Can Do:
Write your congressman. Write your newspaper. Enlighten people (if some mindless Obama voter suddenly wonders why they are suddenly $3,000 lighter in the wallet, explain that he needs to pay for all the stuff you reelected him to do...and then flatten their tires or bust their fucking tail light---I kid).
American isn't gone...yet. I would like to say those who reelected Obama are fellow Americans but they aren't, they are "progressives" and liberals first and Americans second. They care only about ideology and moving ever forward in that direction.
These are dark times but so were the late 1970's and we got Reagan out of that. Hang tough my friends.

An Un-American Decision
Sphere: Related ContentLet's be honest, if the Benghazi incident happened when Bush or even Romney was/were in office, it would be non-stop wall-to-wall coverage of the cover-up and people calling for the heads of the Sec State, VP and the president himself. It's bullshit and we all know it.

The State of the Election
Sphere: Related ContentAmazing. For those of us junkies who follow politics as closely as the NFL, it's stunning that the last two years of covering daily events has led us to the last two and a half weeks.
Obama instituted what we can all hope will not become the normal: the eternal campaign. From January 20, 2009 we've borne witness to an administration that was more focused on reelection than anything else. It's left us in a hole that will make the alleged one left that obama always bitches about by George W. Bush seem positively shallow.
So where are we now? What is the state of the election this close to voting day?
In my opinion, it's positive on many fronts. The RCP electoral map finally shows what I believe to have been the true nature of this race for months but biased polling kept hidden--Mitt Romney is in front. And note, that's not including Florida and Virginia in Romney's column. Polling in both those states show Romney ahead.
That's a pretty clear path to the nomination and one in which Obama never saw coming. Granted, Virginia could go the opposite way with the northern part of the state chock full of government employees who fear for their jobs and that trumps all.
But what about Pennsylvania? Ohio? Wisconsin? Or incredibly, Michigan--a state where Obama used our tax dollars to prop up union supporters at the cost of investors simply to gain an electoral advantage and they don't seem to be returning the favor as vehemently as expected.
The polling is still tightening up as the polling firms that were biased towards Obama need to save face or look really ridiculous at the end. I'm guessing that within the next two weeks, every state i listed above is a tie.
And what of an October surprise? I'm guessing the Obamatons have nothing up their sleeve or they wouldn't be glomming onto inane phrases about "binders". At the same time, Obama still hasn't answered the raging questions on Benghazi and the deaths of four Americans. Let's see; binders of women versus a dead ambassador that was covered up, I'm banking on the American people to see through the rhetoric and make an adult decision on who should lead us going forward.
However, the wild card is the utter stupidity of some voters that could turn the tide for Obama. To give you just one glaring example, I give you this:

See What You Have Wrought, Liberals?
Sphere: Related ContentTo my liberal brothers and sisters:
We warned you that voting for a man with no experience because it felt good was a horrible idea. Hillary Clinton warned you that some react to the 3 AM phone call and questioned whether her opponent had the abilities needed to answer it and dictate and strategy. John McCain told us the consequences of electing a shady Chicago "community organizer" would result in chaos around the world. But many didn't listen and as one of Obama's spiritual leaders once noted "the chickens have come home to roost". You called all of us racist and refused to stop screaming "yes we can" long enough to see how factual our statements were.
Obama's self-belief that he had the intellectual power to calm the Mid-East have been laid to waste. When the opportunity arose to assist in protecting a long-standing, mostly secular yet brutal dictator in Egypt arose, we said that to allow this man to be ousted would result in the rise of radical Islam in a crucial nation in the region. We knew that a liberalized Egypt was the only way to counter Islamofascism and the void left would be filled by the Muslim Brotherhood and local salafist's who want a pan-Muslim mega-state reaching from Morocco to Pakistan and further.
We said to do nothing but dither while a nascent rebellion began to rise in the deeply radical and destabilizing nation of Iran would result in a perception of weakness from the Muslim world you said nothing and supported your clearly unprepared president.
We said that launching another war in a country that already had a history of attacking the US but was led by another tyrant who was coming around to the concept of American power, you cheered your hero on and did not think about the long-term consequences for the US. You did however play up the conflict for short-term political game because the only thing that matters to you is to be in power and hold influence and the purse strings.
So here we sit watching our embassies attacked, our ambassador savagely murdered and the US flag burned. This is the consequences of your votes. Radical Islam is counter to everything you hold dear: gay rights, women's rights, abortion, secularism and yet, you support a man who has set the rights of millions of people back a century or more.
And please stop with the silly notion that this was all because of a poorly-edited You Tube video. You just sound inane. This was a well-planned and orchestrated attack on sovereign US territory that was carefully planned to occur on the day that many Muslims hold dear, the day they inflicted 3,000 deaths on the US. Does one actually want to argue that people who raise their children this way need any provocation other than our mere existence?

Obama Ad Linking Romney To Death of Woman So False Even WaPo and CNN Can't Lie About It
Sphere: Related ContentThe liberal media has pretty much marched in lockstep with the Obama campaign since 2008 (and yes, the campaign for this year began on January 20, 2009). But every once in a while they try to justify a talking point by Obama or his surrogates and that last little inkling of non-partisanship still alive in their brains makes it impossible.
The latest ad by an Obama-supporting super PAC is the latest example. A guy named Joe Soptic links Romney to the death of his wife because Bain Capital bought a company and six years later closed a plant owned by the company. The plant closed 6 years after Romney left Bain. Add to that the fact that one of Obama's biggest bundlers was a manager at Bain at the time of the closing and Romney had no control. Soptic's wife died of cancer and he blames the loss of his job and health insurance. Facts released show she still had insurance and today it was revealed that Soptic told the story to Obama campaign insiders such as Stephanie Cutter. Cutter and former Obama spokes-idiot Robert Gibbs have denied they've seen the ad and had no comment as did current spokes-idiot Jay Carney. They are caught lying through their teeth.
CNN obliterates the ad and the timeline but the PAC has said that even though it's been proven to be false on every count, they will still run it. This in spite of the rules stating that campaigns cannot legally coordinate with PAC's and it appears strongly they did in this case.
We've seen gutter politics before and will see them again but we've never seen a campaign that will knowingly run a false ad accusing a candidate of the death of another person.
Back in 2004 we heard fringe groups talking about the evil things Bush would do (or had done) if given another four years but this is the first time we've seen a sitting president actually allow an ad to be broadcast without denunciation by a major supporting group that's patently false and disgusting to boot.
I guess we should have seen Obama's desperation when he failed to denounce Cutter when she called Romney a felon or Senate Leader Harry Reid when he spread a false rumor based on a fictional phone call.
He's not smart enough to steal the election the Democratic way so he's just going to steal it using the Chicago way.

Is the New Swiftboating Called "Sealed"? One Can Hope
Sphere: Related ContentBack in 2004, John Kerry ran as some kind of war hero. It didn't play well. We were inundated by the media portraying the man who married into money (twice) as a real-life Rambo who single-handedly beat back the Viet Cong and NVA. Not the man who sold out our good men who fought and died for their country he really was.
Those who served with him didn't see things quite that way and Swift Boat Veterans For truth was started to dismantle the false claims Kerry was making.
In spite of the media self-imposed ban on reporting the swifties claims, they still trickled out and that, in conjunction with Rathergate and the fact that Kerry is completely devoid of a sense of humor, humility and personality sunk him.
Could this happen to Obama?
Here we sit on the verge of having two candidates who've never served our nation in uniform. There is no military angle to this...at least until today.
Meet Navy Commander Ryan Zinske--a special forces operator and former leader in SEAL Team 6. He's a state senator and has started a PAC to combat Obama's claims that he was the one who took down Osama and his reckless disregard for the safety of our special forces personnel who would rather not see their methods and strategies leaked to the press to make Obama look like a tough leader. Quoth Cdr. Zinske, a man who this country owes a debt it can never repay:
“The President has failed and he is jeopardizing the safety of our troops, their families and our National security for political gain. Obama has exposed the identity of special operations units, leaked classified information, and limited the rules of engagement of forces on the ground,” said Mr. Zinke. “For those who have taken an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic, it is a call of duty to take back America from a Commander-in-Chief that is incapable of understanding the sacrifices that have been made for the values that have made America great.”This may well be a huge turning point in the campaign. While Americans were happy we got bin-Laden, the excessive victory laps by Obama and other liberals whose actions always showed disdain for the military did not endear him to the military and those who've served. We should never have known the details--at least not two minutes after the mission was completed. This was Obama letting the world know our special forces doctrine and planning and at this point, they are the most active part of our military in the War on Terror.
But no, to the Obama campaign and his supporters, it was all political. The fact that their gloating and victory dance may have or may well lead to the deaths of our men and women in uniform means nothing to them because they look at our military as a necessary evil that is expendable as long as the liberal leader sending them to battle can prop up his street cred. It was not a bold move to okay the mission (especially since he laid the final call on a subordinate so he could blame someone if it failed).
Anyone would have made the call and accepted responsibility if it failed like a man or humbly gave credit to those who were on the trigger side of the gun and put themselves in harms way. Instead we have had to hear pussy liberals tell us how brave Obama was in making the call.
I support Commander Zinske and hope he can survive the coming media garage he's about to face. But as a hardened hero who faced real men in combat, a bunch of weak-spined, beta male writers shouldn't be much of a problem.

Are "Green Jobs" The Biggest Government Scam Ever?
Sphere: Related ContentAs someone who has been in the environmental business for twenty years, I used to chuckle when Obama and other liberals used to talk about what was first referred to as "green tech" and eventually became "green jobs". There was no such thing or at least not enough out there to qualify as an actually sector of the job market.
Perhaps if Obama had resurrected the Superfund or offered a tax incentive for businesses to clean up the environmental messes they made, we'd have seen an actually green sector evolve but it sure as hell wasn't coming from solar cells and windmills. A true push for remediation of contaminated sites would have cost nothing out of pocket but returned a huge amount of jobs in remediation construction, demolition, engineering and new construction on the formerly contaminated sites.
Instead we get this:
The Obama administration distributed $9 billion in economic “stimulus” funds to solar and wind projects in 2009-11 that created, as the end result, 910 “direct” jobs -- annual operation and maintenance positions -- meaning that it cost about $9.8 million to establish each of those long-term jobs.It took $9.8-million to create jobs that probably pay on average less than $50,000 per year. So where did the money go? To Obama cronies of course who lined pockets and ran away like Solyndra and the myriad other companies that Obama showered our tax dollars on.
Obama could have easily given a $9-billion tax cut and gotten a shit load more of a return.
New Hot Air writer Erika Johnsen notes that the Obama administration's definition of "green jobs" is very loose and still it couldn't come up with more than 910:

Obama Claims Executive Privilege For Something He Supposedly Didn't Know About
Sphere: Related Content
Fast and Furious is no longer just being reported on right-wing blogs and Fox News. Obama ensured that a great many more folks will learn about the incident in which ATF, with the knowledge of DOJ allowed guns to be purchased in the US and "walked" across the border in order to track them to drug cartels. At least that's the official story but a more likely scenario is that the Obama administration wanted to use the story of guns getting into the hands of Mexican drug lords to curtail our gun rights at home--but I digress.
So the guns--2000 of them--are transported across the border and FBI, DEA, DOJ and ATF was supposed to track them...they didn't. One of them turns up in a shooting death of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry and another in the death of Agent Jaime Zapata. Many more were used to murder at least 500 Mexicans. In short, the US government was complicit in mass murder in an operation that was flawed in theory and execution. More background here.
Just as an aside, it's not going to look real good that two men who served their country with bravery and honor are killed by guns allowed to be given to drug gangs while their families grief is scorned and they are essentially pissed on by the president.
Rep. Darrel Issa (R-CA) asked AG Holder for emails and other correspondence pertaining to the case that is known as Fast and Furious. Holder turned over very little and what he did was heavily redacted. Issa pressed and Holder denied knowledge and kept refusing to turn over the documents that Issa is entitled to under the Constitution. Holder may also have perjured himself but we'll wait and see on that.
Yesterday--under threat of a committee vote to hold Holder in contempt--Holder tried to make a lame deal. Issa didn't bite and today the house Committee on Government Oversight voted to hold Holder in contempt along party lines. The next step is a full House vote next week according to Speaker Boehner and then it will be referred to a US prosecutor to get an indictment--a man or woman yet to be determined who works for...wait for it...Holder.
But before today's vote, President Obama claimed executive privilege--an executive order generally used to protect information regarding national security, diplomatic security or other sensitive information from being released. This is ironic since the Obama administration has been leaking information such as details of the Osama raid, drone strikes and other info that supposedly makes him look manly and tough.
So now we have a constitutional crisis unlike any before. I heard several liberals today say this is not remotely as bad as Watergate but as I recall, no one died when Liddy and the boys broke into a campaign office while two federal agents and hundreds of Mexicans have been killed in this case.
Obama has said from the beginning that he knew nothing about this, as did Holder. Holder does not work directly for the president but was appointed by him and approved by congress. in my limited law experience, I can't fathom how Obama can claim executive privilege when he claims to have no knowledge and Holder isn't covered under the law. Unless of course he did in fact know and is covering up.
It's further irony that Obamas stonewalling and the media complicity in not reporting the botched operation and subsequent death of agent Terry will now play into the hands of Issa and the GOP. If the media had done their jobs and reported the story in an unbiased fashion and when it occurred it would be nearly the story it's about to become. Giving guns to Mexican drug gangs and then allowing those guns to get lost only to turn up at the scene of a fatal shooting of an American citizen will not look good for this administration and the media will look worse then anyone for not reporting it straight. It's an enormous story now and the MSM are playing catchup.
You'll hear the left scream "Bush did it too" but just laugh at them. No, he didn't.

Solyndra Finally Creates Jobs That Will Last
Sphere: Related ContentSolyndra received hundreds of millions from the the Obama green jobs slush fund and was supposed to create long-lasting jobs in the green tech field. It appears they have, just not in the way they or Obama expected:
The building’s owner, a company called iStar, claimed in court documents, “there may be serious environmental, health and safety issues” at the premises. According to the documents, they include, “numerous containers of solvents and chemicals…and processing equipment contaminated with lead.”In my 20-years experience, I've never seen a a contaminated site that didn't get that way by mismanagement and poor hazardous waste handling practices. It's possible it was disturbed by kids or other means but nearly every time it was from sheer neglect and not following the rules established under RCRA. It will take a good amount of time and people to clean this up.
So what we may now have is a honest to goodness Superfund site since Solyndra blew all the money and I'm guessing that iStar doesn't have the money to clean it up. This site will require in-depth sampling and remediation if what they describe is true. I guarantee that the drums shown in the video are passed the 90-day storage allotted under regulatory requirements.
Based on what they've described, I know that lead, cadmium and solvents are most likely covered under RCRA but California law under Title 22 and DTSC regulations also brings numerous other metals and wastes into the mix. I'm curious, where was DTSC in this whole mess? They were always at my San Diego site and we had the best and cleanest hazardous waste site in Southern California.
I find it interesting that a supposed green company would refuse to pay for the clean-up of a site they have the responsibility for. Of course, we all know that they weren't a green company, they are nothing but cronies and they got paid well with our tax dollars.
Looking at the site, we may be on the hook for a hell of a lot more.
