Ayaan Hirsi Ali Has More Balls Than Max Blumenthal Could Ever Hope To Have

Of course you knew that because the worst thing Max Blumenthal ever had to worry about was whether he would get his favorite table at some elitist restaurant in DC or Manhattan. But of course, that gives Maxie the right to bring down heavy Twitter scorn on a woman who has a price on her head and has to live in a safe house.

Did I mention her co-director on a movie she was instrumental in making was murdered in the street because he supposedly blasphemed against Islam and they threatened her next?

Today, Newsweek released their latest cover and, as so often happens when people question the only religion liberals like, the leftist intelligentsia got their thongs in a bunch. here's the cover:

Either Newsweek finally figured out that the world actually has people to the right of Bill Clinton living in it or they realized that they were sold for a buck because liberals are cheap bastards and want everything for free (think Sandra Fluke) so they don't pay for magazines...but I digress. 

So Newsweek's cover story for this week was written by one of the foremost authorities on Islam and radical Muslim culture. She lived it and has the scars to prove it. She knows the difficulty we as a nation world face in confronting Islamic terror and the radical Muslim culture and she knows the horror some women face living in the most misogynistic religion on the planet. 

Liberals went apeshit. How dare some woman who experienced the terror write about the world she escaped? She's got an axe to grind they say, she's a right-wing puppet, she appeared on Hannity and is supported by Michelle Malkin so her voice doesn't count they drivel. And especially this week when Islamic terror is front and center even though Obama wants to pretend (for purely political purposes) it's all about a movie, which is funny because they killed the aforementioned Theo van Gogh over a movie written by he and Ali. 

Back to Maxie. When the cover was revealed, the douchebag from Boston was among the first to attack Ali:

Why would sweet little Maxie get upset about an article in a second rate magazine? Perhaps because our  hero was once a writer at the same company that now owns Newsweek or maybe it's because Maxie was busted by Jeff Goldberg lying about what was said by a prominent law professor.

Besides, anyone with half a brain knows what vile truly is and mocking a dead guy goes on the top of the list.

Perhaps it's the guilt that Maxie feels since he's evidently a self-hating Jew he must project his feelings upon Ali. Blumenthal hates Israel almost as much as he hates America so perhaps he feels the only place for him is to be in lockstep with others who detest both nations. That's the mainstream liberal position now, anyway.

I'm guessing that Maxie is just upset because he never could summon the testicular fortitude on his bravest day that Ayaan Hirsi Ali shows every day. Maxie never served his country in any fashion with the exception of tearing it down at any given opportunity, which in his liberal world is akin to "patriotism".  If a death threat was stuck into the dead body of a friend of Blumenthal's that said he was next, does anyone really believe the little dick head would ever show his face again? That happened to Ms. Ali and she continued to fight the fight against an enemy that has sworn to liquidate her. She speaks often because she has guts, intelligence and balls the size of Somalia.

Dems Gleefully Scream About Contraception

Enough with the Rush Limbaugh bullshit. He said what he said to make a point and the media are playing it up big time. But plain and simply, the woman is telling me that I need to pay for her to have more sex. Sorry, if you want to fool around all over town, pay for your own damn pills. To make a religious institution to pay for what they think of as immoral behavior is unconscionable.

And why is the president calling a woman who was supposedly maligned by a talk show host? It couldn't be because he would rather discuss Rush instead of 8% unemployment, pathetic growth in the economy and a malaise that hasn't lifted in three years, could it?

And no, I wouldn't hit that.

Enough About Abortion and Contraception Being "Women's Health" Issues

I've been irritated by this for years and now we have it spewing from the mouth of San Fran Nan with regard to the debate on Obamacare and the church over contraception:

“This is about women’s health,”

No it's most definitely not.

Please Democrats and liberals, stop with this ridiculous line about contraceptive devices being health issues for women. Granted, using condoms will indeed stop the spread of HIV but so will abstinence. And what about an IUD or the pill? They do nothing to help a woman's health except in the instances when the pill helps regulate a woman's cycle.

And this garbage that abortions are a health issue is ridiculous. Abortions harm women regardless of what the abortion mills like Planned Parenthood say. They harm the biological health and the mental health of those women who have them. Perhaps 1% of all abortions are for the health of the mother, the rest are just retroactive birth control.

It's amusing that the media will believe every single word about global warming and not print any facts that emerge from those who seek to dispel the global warming myth. As long as it was from a scientist who is on the "right" side of the issue; the side that believes in the scam, it gets reported.

However, when it comes to abortion and there's credible evidence that it may indeed cause breast cancer, not a peep. And no, this is not an anti-abortion screed, read what I've written in the past.

Nanny Bloomberg bans anything that remotely may be harmful to people but I've yet to hear him on this issue, but I digress.

Getting back to my original point; explain to me how forcing churches to provide contraception against their will is going to help keep any woman healthy. It won't and the libs know it. This is all a charade and an excuse to rebuke Christian's as a group because liberals hate religion more than anything...except that cult started by L. Ron Hubbard. They've always wanted to take on the religion and after some favorable polling decided now was the time.

The whole women's health thing is an obstacle they throw up to stop any discussion on abortion or contraception. It's designed to get women as a bloc riled up and they use it expertly. The feminist movement is loud and can mobilize quickly as the Susan J. Komen Foundation recently found out (I guess when you have no boyfriend, husband or kids, you have al lot of free time).

You can say you are pro-abortion and pro-contraception but please do not insult our intelligence by calling them women's health issues.

Obama Awakens Sleeping Giant?

When the Japanese planes that bombed Pearl Harbor returned to their carriers, the architect of that raid, Admiral Yamamoto famously noted that he feared Japan "awaken(ed) a sleeping giant". Indeed they did as a country still reeling from the Depression and arguing amongst ourselves whether or not to get into the great war sweeping the world was forced into it by the attack. We became united and focused on one cause and that was defeating the enemy.

I believe Obama may have done the same thing by not only taking on the Catholic church but giving them the finger as he did so.

For years, Catholics ranked only behind Jews in their absolute support of the Democratic party. Even in cases where it went completely against their morals such as abortion, they rationalized it and voted D anyway. The Catholic lay person is generally pretty liberal on a great many issues and many do not live by the strict teachings of the church. Many Catholics have gone against the church on the use birth control yet still consider themselves a part of the church. Yet, it was never blatant and the government, for the most part, didn't antagonize the Pope and his flock.

Until now. Obama may have read the tea leaves wrong with respect to his recent decision to force Catholic institutions such as hospitals and colleges to include birth control and other dubiously described "women reproductive health" prescriptions and procedures. The so-called morning after pill would fall into the category of things that these institutions would be forced by law to cover in their healthcare plans. This, of course, goes against every teaching of the church and they've said they can't and won't comply.

The liberal-minded side of the church as well as some conservative members supported Obamacare in spite of the warnings issued by many of us opponents of the legislation who saw exactly where it was headed. We said it would be used as a mechanism to get abortions funded and we were called liars. That's coming and the church is now waking up to that fact. In fact, to many Catholics, the morning after pill is indeed abortion.

I can see the church rallying its members and if only 20% decide to vote against Obama in the coming election it could sway things to the GOP. 16-million votes switching from Obama to the GOP would have wide-reaching affect and could change the entire dynamic. For a bloc that has been reliably Democrat to split even that small amount would spell disaster for The One.

It seems that his own people are starting to understand just this point:

It was the Fall of 2011 and Panetta had read about a proposed Obama administration rule that would require employers – excluding houses of worship but including religious organizations such as charities, hospitals, and schools – to offer health insurance that fully covered contraception.

Panetta — a Catholic, former U.S. Representative, and White House chief of staff — didn’t quite understand why the Obama administration would be stepping into this conflict.

Panetta’s fears have to a degree been realized as White House officials now find themselves taking heat on a policy debate about conscience and religious liberty; the Obama administration is working to find a way to allow religious organizations to not pay for services they find morally objectionable, while also ensuring that, say, the women nurses and doctors who work at Catholic hospitals have full access to birth control. Some officials are discussing a way to introduce something like the law in Hawaii, where religious organizations don’t have to pay for employee insurance that covers contraception, but they do have to inform employees how they can get it on their own.

I'm guessing that will eventually be the policy and they will go full-bore with the proposal if he wins another term. Yet he'll have another problem and that will be placating his base who are ecstatic that he's taking what in their minds is the theocracy. If he caves, they will go apeshit. They are flush with elation at beating back the Susan Komen Foundation juggernaut who dared threaten Planned Parenthood and to give in to the church would really piss them off. Don't think he's not hearing it loud and clear and is going to be very careful about upsetting the raging feminist horde.

It remains to be seen whether or not the Catholics will come together and forgive Obama, unite against him or have a minor schism whereby some vote their conscience. I'm guessing the latter will be the case but only time will tell.

My Top Ten Stories of the Year

It's been a weird year up here in the great state of New Jersey. In one week in in August we experienced an earthquake and a hurricane. Around the rest of the country and world it's been just as strange.

Here's my choices for stories of the year:

10. Occupy Protests End as Epic Fail: Despite having massive adoration from a slobbering media, free use of public parks and money from rich (1%) patrons, the occupiers ending up being exactly what we thought a bunch of liberal entitlement babies with no jobs, sense or idea what they were protesting would be. They trashed every park they took over, made life miserable for people adjacent them and generally showed us what a society led by them would look like. If you are for rape, murder, public masturbation and seeing some dude take a dump in front of you, these are your type of folks. I guess if the Tea Party groups were ruder, whiter and less hygienic they could have been Time Magazine's Person of the Year.

9. Japanese Tsunami: This event more than anything showed what a different world we now live in. A major earthquake followed by a lethal wave that obliterated a nuclear facility and released more radiation than we'll ever know would have been enormous in, say, 1983. In today's high-speed world it was only on the front pages for a week.

8. Steve Jobs Passes: Steve Jobs was a great American entrepreneur who created things we didn't even know we needed but couldn't live without. You know he was a great capitalist when the MSM started running stories slamming him within days of his death. The same media that didn't have the balls to say anything mean about him while he was alive joined with fellow liberals kicking the carcass with anecdotes about his lack of charitable giving and other bullshit. I'm proud to say I'm typing this on a new Mac so thanks Steve and rest in peace.

7. Tim Tebow Gives Liberals Conniptions: Quarterback Tim Tebow is a devout Christian man and wears his religion on his sleeve. That's enough to make the left go apeshit. Tebow is a great athlete but not the prototypical QB a la Marino or Favre. Normally, people would love Tebow but he made an innocuous anti-abortion commercial (see below) and gets down on one knee and prays after games so he's the worst thing to happen to the NFL since steroids in the liberal mind. The same liberal minds that would not be acting this way if, say, Tebow were a Muslim.

6. The Arab Spring Disintegrates into Hell: I recall being in England back when the Tahrir Square uprisings were the only thing anyone was covering. The BBC covered it non-stop as if it was just great that a stable regime was being toppled by citizens who were good and just. We soon found that was not exactly the case. Instead, Egypt has become what could be the most militant Islamic nation in the world. The Muslim Brotherhood (started by Zawahiri) has control and a more militant party will soon join them in a coalition. Christians are being persecuted and any peace agreements with Israel will soon be nullified. Success!

5. Obama Gives the Finger to Iranian Protestors: The current title for most theocratic and oppressive nation (with Saudi Arabia a very close second) is held by Iran. Stonings, murder of homosexuals and other atrocities are commonplace. So what does the president who espoused hope and change and freedom do when Iranian's try to fight back against the ruling Ayatollah's? He dithers and votes present just like he does with every other big decision that may cost him some votes. All the uprising needed was a few words from Obama transmitted across the border from either Afghanistan or Iraq pledging some kind of support and the regime and theocratic house of cards would have tumbled.

4. The Continued Attack on Iran's Nuke Program: Stuxtnet is a virus on steroids. Apparently it was introduced into the Iranian nuke program in 2010 and wreaked absolute havoc. Add to that the recent and unexplained explosions and mishaps happening throughout the Persian nation and one has to wonder who's to blame. Could it be the US, Israel, Saudi Arabia or a joint effort? We probably won't know for a while but it definitely has had an effect on their ambitious plutonium enrichment project.

3. The Coordinated Media War on Herman Cain: Anyone who has followed politics knows the backlash that black men and women suffer when they come out as conservatives. Generally it comes from other African-Americans so they can have some cover because you know blacks can't be racist toward other blacks. All that was thrown out the window with Herman Cain. They went after the former corporate CEO harder than any of the white candidates--and it wasn't just fellow blacks. No, they made it personal and reported any shred of rumor they could find that portrayed him as unfaithful and a serial adulterer. They played on what they perceived is a conservative idea that all black men are horn dogs banging anything they can because any good liberals know us on the right have racist, pre-conceived notions of blacks. In other words, they used the race card in a way that was not easy to detect unless you were paying attention. Stories about John Edwards were ignored for months until the National Enquirer broke them because the proof supposedly wasn't there. The same decency was not extended to Mr. Cain.

2. Obama Abandons One War and Starts Another: Obama pledged a great many things on the campaign trail in 2008. One was to get out of Iraq and W left him a stable situation that required a little finesse to allow us to exit with dignity while still keeping the peace. Instead, Obama blew and if to compound the issue he started a NATO bombing campaign against Libya that resulted in the death of Qaddafi and yet another unstable Islamic nation. Iraq will disintegrate into a civil war with Iran and Saudi Arabia using proxy armies to fight one another while Libya will ally with the Egyptian islamist's and offer refuge to every terrorist group that needs it.

1. Chris Christie Says "Thanks But No Thanks": In the year where we have several strong GOP governors doing what conservatives have always wanted: fighting unions, cutting spending and taxes and generally walking the walk we end up with the lamest slate of candidates we've had in decades. I mean really? Does anyone get the warm fuzzies thinking about trudging out to vote for Newt Gingrich? The guy is the finest example of inside the beltway politics I could show you and the dude is just plain sleazy. What about Romney? The guy signed into law what was later the framework for Obamacare and he makes me pine for the electric personality of Bob Dole to boot. Bachman? Seems like a nice woman and a capable politician but she's just not cutting it. Santorum? He's the only one that hasn't had the lead and for crying out loud let's hope he doesn't. Ron Paul? I've been battling the Paulistinians for years and they kept telling me their guy was not really racist and definitely not an anti-Semite. Er, the evidence is mounting that they weren't exactly correct. So the man who could have destroyed Obama in debate after debate while joking the entire way opted out. Chris Christie could have been our next president but either felt he owed New Jersey something or just didn't want the scrutiny that a bid would entail. His wife and kids would be picked apart and we'd hear endless stories of his weight and health. Imagine: Christie/Rubio 2012. Oh well, one can always hold out hope for a brokered convention.

This Here Big Tent Should Be a Big Tent

Allahpundit notes that John Cornyn is getting some heat from the establishment GOP (read: those who bow to evangelicals) about attending a Log Cabin republican meet up.

All credit goes to Cornyn for saying the hell with it and attending an event the aforementioned evangelicals believe is akin to the anonymous sex clubs Tom Hanks frequented in Philadelphia. He's getting it and it has everything to do with Tea Party madness as he would considered it political suicide to have contemplated it previously.

And therein lies the problem I've always had with the establishment GOP; they always inject social issues into the debate when at this point we have no room for it. We are facing economic Armageddon and most people are too damn concerned about paying for food and their house and less about whether Jim and John want to hook up or get married. Abortion is distasteful but we have the opportunity to get control back and set things on a more even keel fiscally and that will be impossible if we get into the gay marriage or any other social issue. The Christian right is a non-factor and that's how it has to remain if we have any shot at taking back the entire Legislative branch.

The Tea Party is a movement that has the ability to shift the political landscape in ways we'll not realize for a decade. The most important way would be to smack the religious sector in the mouth and make them understand that the majority of Americans and--dare I say--the majority of the new Right just doesn't give a damn if two women want to exchange vows. I never have and I'm a hard-core conservative with a strong libertarian streak.

This is our time and the moment can be turned to dust by the zealous Christian minority. We, as a party have no choice but to be welcoming to all who preach fiscal responsibility. This is a different America than it was thirty years ago, an America where the main tax-paying demographic grew up knowing guys who were gay, a girl who chose an abortion and a dude who smokes weed as a hobby but is still pretty damn cool. It's not the party of Reagan when it comes to social issues but it is when it comes to faith in what America was, is and will be. Why exclude those who were born gay?

Imagine the coalition we could form if we included those we've traditionally shunned.

The Pathetic Lefty/ Media Coverage of the Beck Washington Show

I call it a show because I have no idea what else to label it.

Regardless, Beck has the juice to convene a gathering with at least 100,000 souls but more like triple that. Think about that, he asked people to travel to DC on a Saturday and they did--from all over the country. He's done more to stimulate the southern Maryland, DC, northern Virgina economy in one weekend than Obama has in 18-months.

Personally, I am not a big Beck fan, I fine the guy tedious and the religious aspect of the spectacle makes me uncomfortable. Not because it was religious per se but because it was--regardless of how they billed it--a political gathering. Politics and religion have joined together to add up to some bad things throughout history. Plus, it is not inclusive in many respects and the GOP needs inclusiveness at this point.

But the media reporting is just plain pathetic.

Treacher has the roundup of opinion and the lemmings in the MSM stuck to the "racist" meme with all their might regardless of the fact that the speakers were of many nationalities and the crowd reflected a mix of people. This was protect Obama at all costs mode and they played it to the hilt (although the photog who snapped this pic must not have been a member of the revamped Journolist).

This scares the shit out of the left and the media (but again, I'm redundant) int his country. They see an uprising that puts Obama mania to shame and they know they are absolutely powerless to stop it. They're impotent and even their smears are lame to the point that they are debunked within minutes by a vigilant band of libertarian/conservative citizen journalists.

I think Beckapolooza was good in the sense that it spread a message of unity on the day MLK spoke 47-years earlier about tolerance and it also worked as a nice smack to the left-wing of this country. I just hope the religious message does not backfire as the majority of this nation is indeed Christian but not many of them are churchgoing in an every Sunday sense. They could have been turned off if they were paying attention.

For the record, CBS has lost any shred of balance they once had as they hired a scrub firm to assess crowd size and they said this was only 87,000 people.

Obama's Seinfeld Moment

You may recall the epic Seinfeld episode where a woman thought Jerry and George were gay prompting them to utter "we're not gay--not that there's anything wrong with that".

Obama now finds himself in that situation as 20% of Americans believe he's a Muslim. That can only expand as he foolishly waded into the Ground Zero mosque issue when he didn't need to. He hasn't changed perceptions by not attending church either as his earlier worship place was led by Reverend Wright and also hurt him politically.

Now the White House is falling all over themselves to ensure the country that our president is a God-fearing Christian by God. He loves the baby Jesus and everything about him. He is led in his decisions by his relationship with the Lord don't ya know? He makes a Southern Baptist look like a pagan with his devoutness.

Oh Lord, please let me not hear anymore of this:

"President Obama is a committed Christian, and his faith is an important part of his daily life," Deputy White House Communications Director Jen Psaki told CNN. "He prays every day, he seeks a small circle of Christian pastors to give him spiritual advice and counseling, he even receives a daily devotional that he uses each morning. The President's Christian faith is a part of who he is, but not a part of what the public or the media is focused on everyday."

Translation:

"He's not a Muslim (not that there's anything wrong with that) and is a hard-core Christian. He doesn't even own a Koran and if he did, it was never looked at. There's no secret mosque in the Oval Office and he really isn't a big fan of those Muslims but has to keep up appearances. In short, he's not a Muslim (not that there's anything wrong with that). He makes Jerry Falwell look like a friggin' wiccan."

Jeez dude, get a backbone. Be a man and say that while your father was a Muslim, you chose not to be. Quit the charade that you're a devout Christian, you sound worse than Bill Clinton. I'm a die-hard Conservatarian and will gladly admit that I go to church for weddings and funerals for the most part.

Pro-Abortionist's Pissed About Super Bowl (TM) Ad

Tim Tebow recently ended a stellar career at the University of Florida. He won the Heisman and led his team to a national championship under unbelievable pressure. He will be a first round pick in the NFL draft and he's been one hell of a good role model--something we can't say about everyone in pro sports.

Tebow is starring in an ad to be aired on CBS during the big game where he is pretty thankful that his mom didn't abort him:

Tebow and his mother, Pam Tebow, appear in the advertisement, which was financed by the conservative Christian group Focus on the Family. In the expected ad, Pam recounts how doctors recommended she have an abortion after developing complications while pregnant with Tim. The ad also shows how Tim went on to become one of the most successful college quarterbacks in the country.

"I know some people won't agree with it, but I think they can at least respect that I stand up for what I believe," Tim Tebow said.

Women whose husbands have wronged them and they're still pissed about it because they can't get another date from groups like NARAL, NOW and something called Women's Media Center are a bit upset that Tim would celebrate such a thing like, well, being born. For the same reason they hate Sarah Palin for carrying Trig to term knowing he had Down Syndrome, these group despise Pam Tebow because she sold out their agenda and actually went ahead and gave birth to a future Heisman winner. I mean, how dare she? Plus she was a missionary and home-scholled her kids...what a rube.

I'm no major anti-abortion supporter and hardly a church-going Christian but the pro-abortion types irritate me by defending the indefensible.

I leave you with the semi-literate words of the leader of NOW:

Terry O'Neill, president of the National Organization for Women disagrees, saying the commercial is "not being respectful of other people's lives."

"It is offensive to hold one way out as being a superior way over everybody else's," she said.

And abortion is totally "being respectful of other people's lives" right That is except those that aren't actually born to live them because their mothers listened to you. I find you "offensive" Ms. O'Neill. Being alive is infinitely superior to the alternative.

The noted eugenicist and Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger is probably looking up with a proud look on her face although she only advocated aborting minorities.

The BBC Worse Than Spending Tax $ on "Piss Christ"

In Great Britain, if you own a TV, you have to pay a license tax that supports the BBC. It is compulsory.

So what if they put something on that you find false, repulsive and offensive? Well, if you are an Anglo-Christian you get rebuffed:

The BBC Trust has dismissed a complaint about an episode of Bonekickers, a BBC One drama series about a team of archaeologists, that involved a fundamentalist Christian beheading a Muslim (as so often happens in real life, right?). The Trust has backed an earlier BBC ruling that there is "no reason why viewers would have been given the impression that the fanatics in the programme were evangelical Christians or that the programme gave an offensive portrayal of such people".

Remember when Nick Berg and Daniel Pearl were beheaded on video by fundamentalist Episcopalians? Me neither.

Friday Night Music--All Inspirational Edition

With the economy in disarray and the Obama administration doing everything in their power to make it worse, we can all use some inspirational music to wake your soul to the coming of spring and the feeling of rebirth it signals. These songs give me a lift when I'm down and I hope they do the same for you.

Let's start with the Allman's in their latest iteration with the excellent Gregg Allman and Warren Haynes (playing the Les Paul sunburst)singing Soulshine. Love the Derek trucks finger pickin'. As they say "it's better than sunshine, better than moonshine; damn sure better than the rain":



Next we have the Jerry Garcia Band doing what was a standard in their repertoire: Dylan's I Shall Be Released. This was almost a religious experience with Jaclyn LaBranch and Gloria Jones singing in their angelic voices. Anti-abortion folks are taking to the streets in DC protesting the continued legality of abortion in all fifty states. Here's a run-down of what's happening:

-Rep. Mike Pence has introduced a bill to end funding for Big Abortion that is practiced by Planned Parenthood.

-Pro-life advocates take to the same streets Obama supporters did two days ago.

-Abortion and the rights of the father. Short summary, he has none.

-Some idiot slammed his SUV into a Planned Parenthood in Minneapolis.

She's writing to thank those who make it possible to kill babies (and no, they aren't clumps of tissue) in glowing terms as if she's describing folks who work with the homeless or feed those who can't feed themselves. I generally have no dog in this fight but this is truly disgusting. I wonder if Courtney would ever write something akin to this:

But no, that would never happen because those who areon the front lines fighting for the rights to kill a fetus are more important in the whole scheme of things then those who are on the front lines of freedom and saving untold millions from death or rape by despotic dictators.

I also find it interesting that she used a picture featuring all African-American women when Margaret Sanger--the founder of Planned Parenthood--was an avowed racist who pushed birth control to stop blacks and immigrants from having children.

Obama Chooses Rick warren for Invocation; Left Reacts as Expected

Rick Warren is a man of God but Liberals are pissed that he would actually appear at the inauguration actually, you know, blessing the days events.

As expected, libs are reacting as if Obama picked Dick Cheney to do the deed. Let's start with Think Regress Progress:

Pastor Rick Warren, President-elect Obama’s choice to deliver the inaugurual (sic)invocation, has espoused far-right views on gay rights, including likening same-sex marriage to polygamy and incest. Today, MSNBC previewed a segment from Dateline NBC’s interview with Warren, airing tomorrow, in which he laughs off accusations of being “homophobic” because he “talks to” gay people and served protesters water...

And what about John Amato? Yeah, he's not handling it well:

The Left in this country has been tormented and assaulted for eight years under Bush, conservatives and religious-right leaders like Rick Warren. We were called traitors, America-haters, and Socialists who didn't support the troops -- everything that they called Barack Obama during his presidency run. Well, we got that too and fought as hard as we could against it.

What Rick Warren represents is something that is dark and ugly in American culture. He is given a huge platform to disparage groups of people to the media under the guise of his religious beliefs. And he is also celebrated for it.

And on and on it goes. Obama has now done to libs who supported him what white libs did to Blacks for decades; used them to get votes and once in office did things that are 180-degrees from what they voted the candidate in for.

Sweet.

I guess BHO didn't have the balls to let Jeremiah Wright give the invocation.

Arson Attack at Palin Church Very Suspicious

The church Gov. Sarah Palin attends was attacked last week. The perpetrators used some type of accelerant and set fires at the exits while people--including children--were inside.

The media has barely even covered the story but it's clearly looking like whomever was responsible meant to harm or kill those inside. As one of AP's commenters notes: if it had been Rev. Wright's church, it would be a nationwide story for weeks. Instead, it's a conservative church in little Wasilla attended by the moose stew-eating, elk shooting, hillbilly governor. Note the point Palin makes about the insert in the churches handout about a gay groups meeting in Anchorage.

Gays, Lesbians and those a bit confused attacked an old woman who dared speak out against them:



The funny thing is I'd have voted no on Prop 8 if I stilled lived in Cali but these people are insane enough that I'd reconsider that right about now.

Bigoted Blacks and Other Election Anomalies

In California, Proposition 8 was voted for and instituted into the state constitution that marriage is between one man and one woman. This after a gaggle of money was thrown into the battle to vote it down by many liberal luminaries.

The bloc of voters who were most vehemently against gay marriage may shock you as will the response from the tolerant gay community. First the voting breakdown:

With similar results the same day in Florida and Arizona, the scoreboard in popular referenda on such amendments is now Marriage 30, Same Sex Marriage 0. It was the fact that in the most socially liberal state in the country, whites had voted (narrowly) against the amendment, Hispanics narrowly for, and black voters overwhelmingly for the traditional definition of marriage. Amazingly, Los Angeles County, which chose Obama over McCain 69 percent to 29 percent, supported Proposition 8, with black voters in crime-ridden South Los Angeles neighborhoods like Compton voting strongly in favor, while Beverly Hills, Westwood, and Pacific Palisades were tolerantly and disdainfully against.

That's not surprising to me as the black community--especially the church-going black community--has always been vocal against homosexuality among other things.

Now on to the vile response by the homosexual community:

It was like being at a klan rally except the klansmen were wearing Abercrombie polos and Birkenstocks. YOU NIGGER, one man shouted at men. If your people want to call me a FAGGOT, I will call you a nigger. Someone else said same thing to me on the next block near the temple...me and my friend were walking, he is also gay but Korean, and a young WeHo clone said after last night the niggers better not come to West Hollywood if they knew what was BEST for them.

Nice, huh? We lose the election, we regroup and get ready to battle in 2010. Not so the gay community where they hurl racial slurs--racial slurs that would be front page news if they were not used by a liberal bloc.

Tolerance is only applicable when it's asked of conservatives. It's nice to see the era of unity Barack Obama is supposed to usher in starting so soon after his win.

Update: Speaker Pelosi seems to thinks voters as a whole and African-Americans are too stupid to vote correctly:

In a wide-ranging interview with The Chronicle, Pelosi said she believes some voters might not have fully understood the initiative, which overturned a state Supreme Court ruling legalizing same-sex marriage. The measure was approved 52 to 48 percent.

"Unfortunately, I think people thought they were making a statement about what their view of same-sex marriage was," the San Francisco Democrat said. "I don't know if it was clear that this meant that we are amending the Constitution to diminish freedom in our state."

Since it was the black vote that helped pass it, what exactly is Rep. Pelosi saying here?
