Newsweek: The Only Good Jew is a Liberal Jew

The people over at Newsweek must be thinking "how could a Jew be a Republican, all Republicans are Nazi's". This thought occurred sometime after they decided that this would make a good cover for the mag that sold for a whopping $1 and was worth every penny.

So here's the story; Newsweek publishes a list of influential rabbis every year and Rabbi Schmuly Boteach is always in the top 15. All of a sudden things change:

Boteach has always ranked near the top of the Newsweek list. In 2007 and 2008 he was #9 on the list. In 2009 he went to #7 and then peaked at #6 in 2010. He was #11 on the 2011 list, still quite respectable. And then, this year, he suddenly slid all the way down to #30. What happened? 

What happened was that the good rabbi won the GOP nomination for a congressional seat and will run in the fall. That's not sitting real well with the idiots over at the $1 publication.

I've written numerous times that I just can't figure out why Jews have historically been such staunch supporters of the Democrats. In the last 20-years or so, liberals and Democrats have been decidedly anti-Israel and in increasing instances anti-Semitic. The Jews were a bloc of voters that reliably fell into the liberal camp just like African-Americans and union workers.

But over the years, more and more liberals started backing the PLO and their offshoot Fatah. Some even sport the khaffiyeh in support of Hamas--the deadliest enemy of Israel as a whole and non-Israeli Jews in particular.

Media bias takes many forms but this is one of the more subtler but equally disconcerting.

Saturday Night News & Notes

The word is it's going to be a nasty winter and based on the spring, summer and early fall we're seeing, I'm not betting against it. Should be a joy but hopefully the slopes open early this year.

Anyway, here's what's new in the world:

-This story made the rounds before and is probably being bandied about by his political rivals; Ahmadinejad is of Jewish stock. L'Chaim, Mahmoud.

-Unemployment is at 15-million. That's 9.8% or a number we've not seen since 1983 when Reagan was just beginning to pull us out of the mess created by four years of Jimmy Carter. The ACORN layoffs alone will put it over 10% by Christmas. BTW, taking into account real numbers, it's the highest since records were kept.

-Speaking of those out of work, remember when Obama said it woulkd never reach 8% if we passed the stimulus bill? Er...he was so way off:



-Alarmism: Ban Ki-Moon, Sec General of the UN instructs the world that we only have ten days to prevent climate doom. I'll take my chances. Moon should clean up his organization filled with rapists and thugs before he chastises us.

-Is Obama like Gorbachev? Now that's a funny one to ponder. The left remember Gorbi as the cool Soviet who would save the crumbling empire while the right remembers him as a dude who needed hi fat pulled out of the fire by a blithering Boris Yeltsin.

Scumbag Neo-Nazi Kills Security Guard at holocaust Memorial

The struggle against terrorism continues:

At 12:40 p.m. yesterday a man stepped through the doors of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. He took two paces, lowered his rifle at a security guard and, before anyone could react, opened fire in a popular national landmark.

The guard, who did not have time to draw his gun, fell bleeding and fatally wounded to the polished floor. Other guards fired back, cutting down the assailant. Terrified patrons, many of them children, dived for safety. And what moments before had been a bright weekday in June became a tableau of violence

...The suspect, identified by law enforcement sources as James W. von Brunn, 88, of Annapolis, was said to be a longtime, "hard-core" supremacist whose Internet writings contain extensive, poisonous ravings against Jews and African Americans.

Shameless liberals will hold this up as another example of how right-wingers are going crazy and attach this dirt bag to all conservatives but the simple fact is this guy was a terrorist who hated Jews. He was no different than Ramzi Yousef or Bill Ayers. He was a friggin' terrorist who was responsible for the death of a human.

Note that none of them have brought up the hate-crime murder of the Army recruiter. it doesn't fit the meme I guess.

Ayatollah's Son: Ahmedinejad is Jewish

It appears old Mahmoud has fallen out of favor with the Ayatollah's:

Mehdi Khazali, the son of the conservative Ayatollah Khazali, has written on his personal website that he recently learned that President Mahmud Ahmadinejad has Jewish roots.

Khazali notes that Ahmadinejad changed his family name from Saburjian, and says that the origins of the Saburjian family in the town of Aradan should be investigated.

Ahmadinejad's relatives had told Britain's "The Guardian" following his election that the family had changed its name for "a mixture of religious and economic reasons."

Poor Mahmoud, the Iranians won't want him if he's a Jew and the Jews would probably not offer him a place of refuge, what with that whole "wipe Israel off the map" rhetoric.

I would say this is a sign that Ahmadinejad is probably not long for the leadership position.

Power Outage News of the Day

Just lost power for an hour or so. Thanks to our technology and skilled labor it was back on quickly, no easy feat in an ice storm. Thanks PSE & G, now I can continue to increase my carbon footprint as I was a starting to get the shakes knowing i just wasn't doing my part to increase my output...well, I did light every damn candle in the house so I didn't go completely without spewing carbon.

Mumbai Jews Tortured, Liberals Silent

As expected, the Islamo-fascists who targeted the few Jews in Mumbai tortured them mercilessly:

Asked what was different about the victims of the incident, another doctor said: "It was very strange. I have seen so many dead bodies in my life, and was yet traumatised. A bomb blast victim's body might have been torn apart and could be a very disturbing sight. But the bodies of the victims in this attack bore such signs about the kind of violence of urban warfare that I am still unable to put my thoughts to words," he said.

Asked specifically if he was talking of torture marks, he said: "It was apparent that most of the dead were tortured. What shocked me were the telltale signs showing clearly how the hostages were executed in cold blood," one doctor said.

The other doctor, who had also conducted the post-mortem of the victims, said: "Of all the bodies, the Israeli victims bore the maximum torture marks. It was clear that they were killed on the 26th itself. It was obvious that they were tied up and tortured before they were killed. It was so bad that I do not want to go over the details even in my head again," he said.

Corroborating the doctors' claims about torture was the information that the Intelligence Bureau had about the terror plan. "During his interrogation, Ajmal Kamal said they were specifically asked to target the foreigners, especially the Israelis," an IB source said.

It is also said that the Israeli hostages were killed on the first day as keeping them hostage for too long would have focused too much international attention. "They also might have feared the chances of Israeli security agencies taking over the operations at the Nariman House," he reasoned.

The political left in this country wails about waterboarding, which may cause momentary terror but is not fatal and does not leave a physical scar. They scream that Bush supports torture at every opportunity they get but when faced with the proof of real torture, unthinkable torture, they are silent. What could the Muslim terrorists have done that was so brutal as to make a doctor not want to speak or think of it?

Look who commented on this article at Technorati. Glenn Reynolds posted on it so it got wide exposure but still liberals say nothing. This was a hate crime--targeted at a specific group of people--that should be a natural for liberals to discuss. Instead, they have thrown their lot in with Muslims and will never, ever say anything that would make Bush look right in the Global War on Terror. Double that for Israeli's. Add in their blatant anti-Semitism or, at best hatred of Israel and you have the vile ingredients of their collective silence.

Two young people who wished nothing more than to practice their religion were slaughtered after unspeakable torture and liberals say nothing. I guess the Obama search for the next Secretary of Agriculture is of greater import.

These people make me utterly sick; people were tortured in ways that were unthinkable and they say nothing. They slaughtered them because of who they are and nothing more. Who knows, they may even have supported right of return or evacuating to the '67 borders. They were tortured and murdered and we hear nothing from those who claim to care. Pathetic.

70 Years After Kristallnacht

Particularly enlightening is the story of the Polish resistance fighter who met with FDR only to be rebuffed. Granted, no one could grasp the horror of the Final Solution but FDR had to know that Jews were targeted for extermination and chose to remain ignorant and not believe what an eyewitness was telling him.

This occurred only 70-years ago and the Israeli's are afraid of what the incoming administration will do. Will Obama continue 69-years of American history and support Israel or will he change the status quo. Only time will tell but this video shows just why the Israeli's have reason to be wary:

The Real Reason America Is Hated

It's not wars or our supposed unilateralism; no, it's our support of the oldest democracy in the Mid-East. So how does Europe (Greece in particular) take the news that Obama may get elected? About as you'd expect. It's always the Joooooos fault!:

The Greek (center-right) newspaper Avriani features today a big photograph of Obama and the headline: "The End of Jewish Domination in the United States."

The fact that Greece is the cradle of democratic thought does not even need to be touched upon. What this says the world thinks about how Obama will treat Israel doesn't either.

You see, we've been dominated by the Global Jewish Cabal who guides every move our President makes except for the moves that will be made by The One.

There's got to be another copy of this incriminating video and I'm thinking the guy or girl who gave it to the LA Times has it. Nobody with an iota of intelligence would give that tape up without making a copy and I'm sure that 175-large could help them out quite a bit. Here's the story:

Just got off the phone with an individual who has agreed to throw in another $25,000. This person checks out and has identified him/herself as a Freeper who uses the handle joinedafterattack.

This need not be the same video as the L.A. Times has. Just video that shows the event is what we’re looking for.

FOX News just reported that the known Jew-bashing contents of the video along with the L.A. Times refusal to release it has now become a part of Sarah Palin’s stump speech.

Man, the Times is going to come out of this looking really bad. A paper that is laying folks off left and right can't be doing what they're doing.

I wonder if the Obama campaign has info on who gave up the tape and I wonder if it provided by the Times. I also wonder if the Obama campaign offered to buy $175,000 worth of advertising from the Times today.

A New Low: Playing Both the Race and Anti-Semite Cards Simultaneously

That old race-baiter and all-around shady politician Rep. Alcee Hastings pulled out enough cards to play a hand of blackjack:

Rep. Alcee Hastings told an audience of Jewish Democrats Wednesday that they should be wary of Republican VP nominee Sarah Palin because “anybody toting guns and stripping moose don’t care too much about what they do with Jews and blacks.”

So let me get this straight, is Hastings saying that Palin places blacks and Jews in the same category as wild game or is he saying anyone who is seen as toting guns and stripping moose" is a bigoted anti-Semite? The fact that the crowd laughed says to me that Jews--at least the ones in that gathering--still haven't figured out who has their best interests in mind and who is pandering for their votes.

This is a new low and exactly what we have to look forward to should Obama win. The GOP and conservative Dems will hesitate every time they should be criticizing Obama because the rhetoric will be something akin to this. The fear of being labeled a racist will be palpable I'd imagine and Obama wouldn't have to say a word, he could just have his surrogates and proxies do it.

The fact that blacks and Jews have had far more violent run-ins in recent years than blacks and say, native Alaskans or Jews and Eskimo's, I'd say Rep. Hastings is a bit off on the facts but why quibble when an old-time black leader of Hasting's stature is on a race-bating rant?
