Thanks to links from Glenn Reynolds, Charles Johnson, the boys at Hot Air and others, I've had the best year for traffic in the five-plus years this site has been active. but what's most important to me is the daily readership who clicks on and reads what I have to say. Yes, I know who you are and I thank you:

This site is not the best but if I can make one person laugh, research, think or just mumble to themselves that we need change (or that I'm an imbecile) I'm happy.

The numbers are interesting as they fluctuate by the amount of time I have when work doesn't get in the way of me blogging and the content quality.

I hope everyone has a great holiday and is surrounded by those they love.

Back in the Ring (Mostly)

I battled a hell of a cold the last few days. I can honestly say I haven't been that sick in God knows how long. It was essentially get up, work, get home, sleep. Tonight I feel almost human or a close facsimile of one.

Humor and Horror

I find it humorous that SF Gate, the portal for news in San Francisco actually included me in an article written about "green" websites. This piece was written 2 1/2 years ago and I'm sure many people from Frisco are a bit shocked when they read my site. I get at least on hit from that article every day.

Environmental Republican Hits the Airwaves

I'll be on the Blog Bunker show on Sirius channel 110 in 15-minutes. If you hear, drop me a line to tell how horrific I sounded.

Environmental Republican on Sirius Satellite Radio

I've been asked to appear on Sirius Radio's Blog Bunker program tomorrow at around 5:00 PM.

The show is good, especially if you enjoy blogs and the people on the channel don't buy into political labeling. It's a free form atmosphere that is a mix between a couple people sitting at a bar having beers and moves at the pace of the blogosphere.

The show is on Channel 110 and I would suspect we'll talk Palin heavily among the other political issues surrounding the GOP convention and overall campaign. Tune into Sirius Indie Talk channel tomorrow to hear me discuss the events of the day.

As they say, I have a face for radio and that's where I'll be tomorrow.
