Headlines:
-GOP House repeals Obamacare. This is a small step one but a step just the same. Plus, more than half the states now are onboard with the legal challenge to Obama's boondogle as six more states jumped in yesterday.
-What could possibly go wrong with this proposal? In more good news for illegals aliens, we get to carry them to the tune of $600-million in LA alone.
-Philly abortionist is pretty much the worst human one could envision.
-Democratic Hawaii guv and Obama friend who said he would prove Obama is a US citizen: "Never mind."
-Murdered judge John Roll died a hero. I'm guessing since he was nominated by a Republican, he'll never get the respect one who saves another while being shot deserves.
-Republican leaders: "No thanks, we'll pass on eating dinner with a dictator at the Whitehouse". Nancy Pelosi: "Of course I'll sit with a dictator and eat a free meal on the taxpayers dime".

Dems Lies on Softening the Rhetoric Exposed Again
Sphere: Related ContentAnyone who's read this blog more than once knows that I don't use or abide hate speech be it racial, misogynistic, bigoted any other such garbage but I sure as hell speak my mind. That said, I have to say that there's one distinct group I really do hate and anything said about them goes. That group is hypocrites.
Take a second to listen to this nice little screed by Rep. Steve Cohen (D) who I'm guessing is a Jew:![]()
“They say it's a government takeover of health care, a big lie just like Goebbels," Cohen said. "You say it enough, you repeat the lie, you repeat the lie, and eventually, people believe it. Like blood libel. That's the same kind of thing."
“The Germans said enough about the Jews and people believed it--believed it and you have the Holocaust. We heard on this floor, government takeover of health care. Politifact said the biggest lie of 2010 was a government takeover of health care because there is no government takeover,"
Isn't this the new era where we all get along and make nice since a left wing psycho shot a sitting congresswoman a week and a half ago? Evidently, Rep. Cohen didn't get Pelosi's e-mail. Or maybe he did but it's just so incredibly ingrained in their heads to equate us to Nazi's that he couldn't o any longer without getting his fix.
Ed Morrisey notes that the scumbag congressslug should know better since he was compared to the Klan by his (Democrat) opponent. Ed also points out that this guy is no stranger to over the top rhetoric.
Now that the biggest elected douche bag in the world has been shown the door, perhaps Rep. Cohen is trying to ascend to the title.

Tuesday Night News & Notes
Sphere: Related ContentHere's what's going on in this crazy-ass world:
-Comcast gains approval to buy NBC. If I were Brian Roberts, I would improve the worth of the company on the first day by firing the entire on-air staff at MSNBC.
-Chris Christie: “I am not arrogant enough to believe that after one year as governor … that I am ready to be president of the United States.” Hell, this is the USA post-Obama. He won with a resume that was so thin I wouldn't have hired him to clean my bathrooms so have at it Guv.
-College students are fun. They may have misguided views on many issues but they are creative to say the least. This kid seems to have his priorities well in order.
-Speaking of college; it seems all that money doesn't really add up to someone being smarter.
-Canada looks to ban Dire Straits' classic money For Nothing because Mark Knopfler dared to use the word "faggot" not once but three times! The song has been out for 25-years so it's good to know our neighbors to the north are on their toes. Here's the video just to show that yes, we still can get by someone saying the dreaded f-word (don't miss this comment).
-Reason TV has the various vile left-wing reactions in the immediate aftermath of the Rep. Giffords shooting. It's even worse when looked at all together:

Losing Leverage With China
Sphere: Related ContentHu Jintao is in Washington and discussing issues with Obama. Obama, of course, bowed to him as he probably should have because it was Mr. Hu's largess that allowed Obama to drastically expand the deficit to otherwordly levels that will haunt us for decades--but I digress.
China has to be handled with a certain tact that they didn't deserve previously since they now have effectively displaced us (and our proxy, Japan) as the power in Asia and have been gearing up to take us out militarily for the last 20-years. Hu arrives as an equal--a position that is new. It's also a position of real strength that could have been blunted just 20-years ago after the ruling Communist party let loose with a barrage of gunfire and murdered a still unknown number of Chinese citizens in Tienanmen Square. They've continued their internal crackdowns since then without a second thought. Instead, George H.W. Bush demurred as did Clinton when it came to calling them out on it.
So now we are stuck with a regime that is effectively our banker, the major exporter to our nation, taker of our jobs and one that will not allow anyone to set up shop anywhere in the nation unless they play it by commie rules. Just ask Google. They've even grown so bold as to scold us on our spending. The Chinese don't play by the rules and the world keeps bending over to appease them so we now have a nation visiting us as equals that has a human rights record somewhere just around Yemen and Cuba. Yet, we have to make nice because we need their yuan to keep paying for stupid bailout programs and Obamacare.
We'll be in a shooting war with them within 25-years unless we get stuck with another four years of Obama and our military is depleted beyond quick repair. At that point, we just surrender Taiwan.

9-Year Old Girls Are Not Collateral Damage
Sphere: Related Content
My first reaction to the attempted murder of a Congresswoman and the successful murder of a federal judge was outrage and horror at what one man could do. The left and the media (but I'm redundant) took it as an opportunity to blame the right and Tea Party types because as Rahm Emanuel once said: "never let a good crisis go to waste". They immediately tied this to conservatives without a shred of proof and before the smoke had even cleared.
It never occurred to them that a 9-year old girl was brutally murdered. She was a daughter, grand-daughter and friend to people who loved her and her life was snuffed out by a madman. I hope all you festering crotch sores who pounced on this story to score weak political points can live with that but then, you're godless (except maybe Gaia) so I'm sure it's not even a vacant itch on your conscience.
But you see, to these douchebags, Christina Taylor-Green was just collateral damage in the greater war. Unfortunate yes, but people do die in the struggle to change America into a socialist utopia don't you know? The left is a wounded animal from the ass-kicking handed them by the American voter and a wounded animal is the worst, most desperate kind. This is war to them and one in which they fully intend to win regardless of cost. They wanted a moment where Barack Obama could shine and regain that mojo he once had and if it took a dead girl to get that, well so be it.
In their insane endeavor to blame the right, they showed even more of their true, vile selves. This is the left those of us who've paid attention know is out there. These are not the fringe loons but the establishment. Paul Krugman, Kos and many other popular liberal writers. They look at every situation and think not of the horrific event but what they can gain from the horrific event.
Their lack of shame is telling as is their ability to quickly forget what appeared on their own sites. Just delete what was written and move on. Note also how the meme in the leftosphere went quickly from Loughner being a "teabagger" to gun control without even taking a breath to look at what they've wrought. But hey, the truth has been collateral damage in the left wing fever swamps for nearly a decade so why should using a little girl's murder for gain cause any great soul searching?
It must have been much easier since beautiful Christina's mother went on Fox News yesterday and not CNN or MSNBC, it made it that much easier to lump her in with the other non-humans who don't worship at the alter of Alinsky.
My prayers to the family of Little Christina (especially her grandfather who holds a special place in the hearts of Phillies fans), Rep. Giffords, the family of Judge Toll and the others who were wounded or died. I feel sad that the media chose to carry water for the left instead of doing their duty and report on those who were lost in a senseless act of violence by a homicidal maniac.
Amusingly, Matt Drudge posted that Loughners old friends labeled him "liberal" and kept that up all day. More people read Drudge then watch NBC, MSNBC, CNN, ABC and CBS combined. That will do more to discredit the media then anything because you fucking assholes on the left started this game but you don't have the juice to finish it. Enjoy owning the newest title of worlds biggest scumbags.
See Glenn Reynold's piece today in the WSJ, which is well worth a read. Also, Michelle Malkin with the Progressive Climate of Hate Primer.
