Do you think our strategy to fight ISIS is working?

The POTUS went on record this morning in Turkey to say that what we are doing to fight ISIS is working.  We allegedly killed Jihadi John with a drone, within hours Obama claimed we had "ISIL" as he likes to refer to them, contained.  Not 9 hours later did ISIS unleash hell on the citizens of France.  There was no chatter of this attack and sources closest to the President cannot ascertain what or where the next attack will be.  All the while bringing Syrian refugees to live amongst us who have not been vetted.  I am curious if anyone believes the strategy we are using is working and feels safe knowing we will continue doing more of the same?  I would love to hear your thoughts and comments.
