MTV's Holocaust Ad

There's several things that all liberals believe to their very core:

1) All Conservatives and Republicans are fascists;
2) Chances are 50-50 that George W. Bush will not quietly cede the presidency;
3) Left in power, George W. Bush would turn America into a police state;
4) Under that police state, gays, atheists, liberals and minorities would be rounded up and held in internment camps.

Think I'm kidding? Check this out:




That's MTV showing that America is quite close to fascism of the sort practiced by Hitler I guess. I assume the fact that the last president to ever sign a law forcing internment was liberal icon FDR escaped them. I guess they also conveniently forgot that Stalin too had his final solution and it exceeded Hitlers in total deaths.

Had Bush put forth a law ordering the immediate internment of all Muslims in the wake of 9/11, he probably would have had support from not only some on the right but a serious chunk of the left as well. He didn't, he remained calm and decided that the best way to fight terror was with offense.

Again, this is what liberals see when they look at Republicans and conservatives, they see a dictatorship in the making and it will result in men, women and children being rounded up and gassed, Holocaust style.

Pathetic yet not in the least unexpected.
