We know that you can't say Obama is "clean" or "articulate" but can I say he's not articulate without being labeled a racist heathen? Probably not.
Read these words and substitute Bush for Obama and think how the nutroots would call him embarrassing and stupid and Slate magazine would start an idiotic series called "Bushisms" that would spawn a book:
"Let me be absolutely clear," Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, said today at a press conference in Amman, Jordan. "Israel is a strong friend of Israel's. It will be a strong friend of Israel's under a McCain...administration. It will be a strong friend of Israel's under an Obama administration. So that policy is not going to change."I would imagine those are the only words he's said this entire election cycle that he won't flip-flop on.
Also, check out the video of his entire press conference with all the "ers" and "ahs." This guy couldn't string two sentences together without his handlers and speechwriters telling him what to say.

I am truly amazed that the Clinton's never were capable of exploiting Obama's inability to speak without a telepromter. These moments of stammering and stuttering are becoming quite unsettling. As you stated, if this was "W" the nutroots would be howling like banshees. The more I hear, the more I am convinced that Obama is not ready for prime time. One can only hope that Hillery will call for a floor vote and completely upset the Democratic Convention. What a lovely way to end the Summer.
