Eight Arrested in Israeli Terror Attack

The Israeli's arrested eight men believed to be involved in the cowardly terror attack at a yeshiva:

Eight students, including an American, died Thursday evening after a man armed with an automatic weapon and a handgun slipped into the Merkaz Harav yeshiva.

At least nine others were wounded before an off-duty Israel Defense Forces officer shot and killed the gunman, Jerusalem District Police Cmdr. Aharon Franko said.

A Jerusalem police spokesman identified the shooter Friday as Ala Abu Dehein from East Jerusalem's Jabel Mukaber neighborhood.

He worked as a driver and held an identity card that Israel issues to Palestinians who live in East Jerusalem.

The whole "Palestine is an open prison" argument espoused by useful idiots like John Pilger is now moot. The guy had a job, a pass to get into Israel and still chose the course of murder and terror. He walked into a seminary and opened fire killing students who did nothing but attend classes. He did it because imams and other Islamic leaders heap praise on those who martyr themselves and take out as many innocent women and children as they can. He chose the seminary because he was a coward who hunted soft targets and not ones who could defend themselves.

Pilger and other anti-Israel liberals are always defending the indefensible. It's romantic to them that a supposedly oppressed people is hitting back at their oppressors. Sure, their methods are distasteful but the goal is what really matters, so a few Innocent people are murdered on purpose, it's a small price to pay for those who support the Palestinian cause. The idiots who think along Pilger's lines are both of the same mind that the ultimate goal is a Palestinian state from the West Bank of the Jordan to the Mediterranean Sea. Their ultimate dream is to see the Israeli's (and all Jews) erased from existence.
