Obama, Hillary and Drug Use

The Clinton campaign is in full panic mode at this point. The usual m.o. for that shady gang of miscreants is to suggest things about the opposition to a reporter privately and have them run with the story. The media has been quite compliant and the tactic has worked repeatedly (see Linda Tripp, Juanita Broaddrick, etc).

Now, they've dropped all pretense of civility and are going straight for the jugular with Obama over his stated drug use. This is an issue that was put to rest years ago but one the Clinton machine feels it's time to resurrect using Hillary lapdog Jean Shaheen as the one doing the talking.

For them to go this route and revisit this now says that they are very scared of what's going to happen in Iowa, New Hampshire and even South Carolina. It says to me that they have internal polling that shows they are extremely vulnerable, that perhaps Hillary's unlikeability issue is too much to overcome.

They also leave Hillary wide open to be scrutinized for her drug use (or other seedy things that may have happened in college) as a youth and I don't think the Clinton's want anyone going through that particular closet.

What you're seeing my friends is pure and utter desperation from the Hillary camp, things should get much more interesting from here on out.
