Remember back in the aftermath of Katrina when the FEMA came up with a plan to issue debit cards to those who were in need?
We've all read the stories of how the money was used for strip clubs, Dom Perignon, sex toys and other non-emergency needs.
The LA Times, showing their true liberal roots, blames not those who spent the money this way, but FEMA for their administration of the program.
Let's imagine if FEMA had put serious restrictions on the program and busted people using the funds for non-emergency needs, don't you think the Times would've been blasting the agency for not being compassionate?
