Superbowl Hype

The City of Philly is getting jacked for the Superbowl and it's a great feeling. I went through the two week hype thing previously when I was in San Diego and the Chargers went. They of course got whacked by the Niners. It's a great feeling, one that you can't explain if you haven't experienced it. My nephew is chugging down I-95 as we speak on his way to Jax and he's got a ducat for the game. He's a season ticket holder and devout follower of the religion that is the Birds (as am I).

I don't make predictions when it comes to my team in the playoffs, so just suffice it to say that the Birds will not be picked apart by Brady like the Steelers were. We have 3--count 'em--3 DB's who are Pro-bowlers and the other would star on any other team.

It will be closer than the spread, mark my words.
