If you want to read a visceral, gut-reaction to The Passion of the Christ, read this:

first let me tell you that I have still not prossed all that went on in the movie, but I know I didn't come out of the movie hating any one. Most Catholics have read that story over and over this movie just puts voices and picture to the story its still the same story that is portayed in the bible. My brain is so jammed up that IM have trouble writing about this there is so much to say that IM frozen. What my point is, is that most people going to see this movie have already read or heard the story the Jews know the story even though they don't believe in its meaning. Is this a responsibility issue? Who is responsible for the death of Christ if you read the story in the bible its all preordained, witch means it was going to happen no matter what no matter who. Jesus dies for the people and there sins (sic).

Emphasis mine. My main man V is a walking billboard against the NY school system, but his thoughts are extremely relevant. His reaction is the same as most, there's no way to tell the story of the crucifixion without portraying the part the Jews and Romans played. That to me is not anti-Semitic. Write more V. By the way that little button with the ABC and the check mark is the spell-check. Just thought you'd like to know.
