Tonights the night (no not Neil Young):

Somehow, you knew it would come down to this.

Pedro vs. the Rocket, Game 7.

Zimmer vs. Martinez, Round 2.

Does baseball get any better?

The Boston Red Sox rallied past the New York Yankees 9-6 Wednesday in Game 6 of the AL championship series, setting up the juiciest playoff game in recent memory.

I love Game 7's. There's always a hero, and always a goat. I'm pulling for the Sox and think they will come up big. Ramirez should be the hero, and probably Bernie Williams will be the goat with the kind of year He's had. I hope not since I think Bernie is a hell of a player. We'll see in an hour and a half.

Update: Man was I wrong to doubt the curse. A guy I know from my youth won it. Good for you Aaron Boone.
