I've been asked by several readers why I don't comment more on the Kobe case. To be honest, I have more important things to consider. I have paid passing attention in recent days and feel that something doesn't sit right. If the defense has proof that the woman (I still haven't paid attention to her name) had semen from another man in her underwear, and perhaps had sex with three different men in three days, and went to Kobes room knowing that he would hit on her, something just is wrong about that. If he did in fact rape her he should be put away, but the defense is bringing up some serious facts to consider. Why did she change her underwear into worn and unwashed undies that had another mans semen when she went to get checked? It doesn't make any sense. Kobe in turn was wrong to A) cheat on his wife, and B) put himself in that position of even having this charge leveled. Let's see how it plays out.
