Kos is Actually Rational

For once, "0-16" Kos is writing with a slight sense of sanity. He sees that the Donks will not regain either the Senate or the House in '06.

He is still not completely understanding the American public's distaste for the Democrats:

Chances are we'll gain roughly as many seats as Cook says in the House and Senate, positioning us nicely for a 2008 takeover.

Good try. Regardless of what slanted polls say, the nation knows what the Democrats stand for, we simply don't like it and don't trust them.
