The Daggers Are Out For Tulsi Gabbard

The one Democrat I fear in the next election Tulsi Gabbard.

Her story is a good one, she is Samoan-American, is a Major in the National Guard, served two tours in war zones, which she volunteered for, and is as principled as anyone in government.

And the Democratic establishment hate her.

It goes back to when she served as vice chair for the Democratic National Committee. DNC leader Debbie Wasserman Schultz was in the bag for Hillary. Schultz only scheduled 6 debates between Hillary and Bernie versus over twenty in past elections. Gabbard resigned her seat in protest and said of Schultz "It's very dangerous when we have people in positions of leadership who use their power to try to quiet those who disagree with them. When I signed up to be vice-chair of the DNC, no one told me I would be relinquishing my freedom of speech and checking it at the door."

The subsequent leaks released by Wikileaks showing the DNC cheated only made her move look more principled.

Then Trump won and the Democratic establishment needed to blame someone. They looked at Gabbard as a good fall girl and essentially made her a non-person in the party. The elders of the party: Elizabeth (Fauxcohantas) Warren, Chucky Schumer and Joe Biden do not want to relinquish the reins and that has added to the discontent.

Hack Washington Post "journalist" has been doing the party's dirty work writing scathing pieces and tweets that we rarely see written about any Democrat. He is looking to not only destroy her but make other think twice before challenging the status quo.

I'm not complaining, believe me. The last thing I want is Tulsi Gabbard to rise in the party. She's smart, attractive, has a military background, is not afraid to stand up for what she believes and would make an excellent candidate. If the Dem's want to eat their own, let them but they are making a huge mistake by going after a woman who may be their best chance in 2020.

Great post. She would be the best Dem to run. I'd vote for her.
