Lefty Hate and Jerry Falwell

I did not agree with Rev. Falwell on many issues, but he was a smart man and did bring substance to the theological debate. He was outspoken on issues such as gay rights and abortion, but this is America and we all have opinions.

And on and on. What could make anyone hate another so much that they would log on and write those words? It's simple, liberalism is dead and has been replaced by a pseudo-liberalism, more akin to socialism, in which minds are slammed shut and hate breeds more hate. A paleo-Liberal would at least look at the many sides of an issue and form intelligent arguments. The people you read above are so far beyond that; they spew vitriol at the name of President Bush, Cheney and/or any other conservative leader.

What a sad existence that must be.
