The Phillies opened up the swap meet back in July trading Bobby Abreu, David Bell and Rheal Cormier among others.
Since then, the Phillies have been on a tear and have pulled within one game of the Reds for the wildcard.
They traded last week for Jamie Moyer and today picked up Jeff Conine from the Orioles.
An interesting season to say the least.
