The Inquirer and sister paper the Philadelphia Daily News (Will Bunch's Attytood blog is hosted by them) get the "blog thing" pretty well. They've made mistakes here and there such as this doozy where they printed the words of Charles' Johnson's commenters and attributed them to Charles himself. But overall, they've seen where newspapers are going and where blogs are going and realize they are in different directions.
