There are some things that make a former squid like me crack a nice knowing smile. Anyone who as spent any length of time at sea on a naval vessel knows that the sea at dusk and at night is a wonder to behold. The picture above shows the dusk portion.
The night portion consists of shooting stars that dazzle. Hundreds of them are visible during darken ship.
