Zacarias Moussaoui said today what most knew, he was part of the al-Qaeda plan to attack Washington D.C. using planes. He was to have joined with shoe bomber Richard Reid to attack the White House.

France seems to have a much bigger problem than they realize since both men were living in France at the time the attacks were planned.
