Pink Floyd to Reunite for Live 8

The original members of one of the greatest bands of all time are getting back together to play the London show on July 2:

ROGER WATERS, DAVE GILMOUR, RICK WRIGHT and NICK MASON, the personnel who recorded the all-time great album DARK SIDE OF THE MOON in 1973, will hit the stage at the 2 July (05) fundraiser in Hyde Park for the first time since they last performed live together in 1981.

Great news. Pink Floyd without Roger Waters was half a band.

The Philly show still is looking pretty bad with only the Dave Matthews band even remotely making me think of attending.
