Stop Blaming Clinton

"Screw 'em" Kos says that Bush has been blaming everything on Clinton and now that he's won another term he should stop it and accept responsibility for things from now on. OK, we'll start with this:

With a little help from good weather, the Los Angeles area has had its cleanest air in 25 years, regulators said Thursday.
While the region's air quality remained the worst in the nation, it was cleaner this year than the air in Houston and the San Joaquin Valley under some standards, said Sam Atwood, a spokesman for the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
"The weather was a major factor this year, there's no denying that," Atwood said. "Were headed in the right direction but we have to definitely not rest on our laurels."
The region benefited this year from several weather conditions that aren't conducive to smog, including cooler weather, fog, low clouds, and weak inversion layers.
Cleaner cars, industries, and businesses also contributed to the improved air quality, district officials said.
The district covers Orange County and parts of Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Of course couldn't have been from any of the Bush environmental policies, it was the result of the weather. How about this:

SIDNEY, N.Y. Federal officials say construction work needed for the cleanup of a Binghamton-area Superfund site has been finished. The Environmental Protection Agency today announced the completion of construction at the Sidney Landfill site -- about 30 miles northeast of Binghamton.
E-P-A officials say industrial, commercial and municipal waste was dumped at the landfill from 1967 to 1972.
The site was placed on the federal Superfund list in 1989 because officials concluded it posed a potential health threat to nearby residents.
E-P-A regional administrator Jane Kenny says the site no longer poses a threat to the community.

Kos also posts this question:

Kerry has an email list that was, at last count, 2 million strong. He garnered 56 million votes of confidence. He is currently the top Democrat in the nation.
If you were his top adviser, what would you recommend he do now?

That's an easy one, switch parties.
