All these documents are signed and dated by the minister from Oil from Saddam Hussein. But why personal mention of Galloway in these contracts? To undoubtedly recall to the minister the final recipient of the contract, and to obtain its downstream without discussing it. And it is probably the case of all the other recipients, whom it acts politicians, ONG, parties political or companies.
