Bush's approval ratings are lower than Al Franken's IQ. No...lower than Kos' book sales (no wait, nothing is that low). No...ah, whatever. The man is executing a war that has been continually discredited by the media, of course his approval rating is down.
The Donks have him on the ropes, right? My guess is not.
